Teena is awesome! I will never book another cruise on my own again! She is quick with her responses, and follows through on bookings with the paperwork in a timely fashion. I am so thankful to have such an amazing travel agent to help me deal with changing itineraries and cancelling and rebooking all my cruises during this pandemic. She spent hours on the phone with Royal on my behalf, and scored us some AWESOME rates on the cruises we’ve rebooked. Do not hesitate to book with Teena, she’s fabulous!

Absolutely endorse this team. They are fabulous. Teena is the hardest working TA I have ever met. No matter what challenge pops up, she can find a solution. We had to make many many changes to our travel plans over the last 18 months and VFC was quick to respond. If there are deals out there, they will sniff out those deals and let you know right away. If you aren’t convinced if you need a TA, take my word for it… you do, and this is the team for you.

First of all before the pandemic I generally booked my cruises and vacations on line. During the pandemic we cancelled a cruise and decided we would try and book with a local agent so we rebooted our first cruise with one. She charged us a fee and when it was cancelled she was useless and gladly took our money. I found out about Teena (and ultimately Rhiannon) from a colleague and these 2 women have been bar none the most helpful and responsive travel agents I've ever dealt with. Rhiannon went above and beyond helping us pick out an all inclusive that fit our schedule and budget, she emailed the resort with our room requirements (which she asked us for) and booked all our a la carte dinners for us. Traveling with vacations/cruises for Canadians was a breeze and no more money than booking ourself and definitely saved me time and came with professional suggestions. Can't wait for my next adventure with you!!!!
