What a terrific experience. We recently booked a wedding getaway to Mexico - and our agent, Nicole Kirk, was absolutely fabulous. She is a wedding specialist, and is very accommodating and patient. Not to mention she's very easy to get a hold of. I can't stress how important that is when booking a wedding, and planning a trip, with dozens of people flying in from all parts of North America and beyond. Being as inclusive as possible was very important to us - and I can honestly say, Nicole went above and beyond to provide plenty of options for our group. She must have priced out, at least, two dozen different options. Can't say enough great things! Totally ask for her by name!

Jen Huet is the best travel agent based on customer service alone. Jen is very helpful, always answering my questions through email and phone calls. She makes sure we get the best deal and best vacation possible (asking what is important to us, suggesting hotels and activities) She listens to what we want in a vacation and finds a way to get it for us. She will be the only travel agent that we will use from now until we are old and retiring on an island somewhere. :) Thank you Jen, for making our first trip so amazing - and we already know our honeymoon will be perfect because of you. Well, my husband and I are planning our 10th year anniversary. We had the pleasure of speaking with O'Neil from Trip Central. If there is anyone who goes far and beyond...it's this guy. We have a party of 16 that have booked and they all had great experiences from what I hear. He's kind, polite, replies to questions thoroughly, and even called me when he was at home sick. Poor customer service ...some people dropped out on our group wedding trip and we were told by the airline that it was at the travel agencies discretion what happened to the deposits we put on their trips... Trip central would not refund them which we understand but the chose not to apply them to any of the other 25 tickets we had booked..not even as discounts to the bride and groom!! boo

Nicolle Kirk was very helpful for my booking experience to Cuba. She was very knowledgeable about various resorts and gave honest advice. She was exceptional when we had an issue with our destination (tide changing and risk of washed away beaches in Cayo Santa Maria). She rebooked our holiday at a different resort and made the process very easy! I doubt the process would have been that easy without an agent dealing with the logistics of the switch. Overall, I would definitely use TripCentral again when booking future vacations.
