We have used Trip Central now a couple of times with no problems what so ever. The staff is very knowledgeable and focused on helping you pick the right vacation package for you. Recently we were unsure of where to book our winter vacation. We had a couple of destinations in mind, and had been using the Trip Central web site to check out prices and resorts. The web site is great for this. We found ourselves still unsure, so a short drive to the Heritage Green Office introduced us to Ashley Zona-Rahn. As it turns out Ashley had spent her honeymoon at one of the resorts we were interested in. After she show us a number of accommodations that would meet our needs, we decided to book with the original idea. It is always nice to talk with knowledgeable people that have first hand experience and Ashley certainly met our needs in this endeavour.
