We planned our 40th Anniversary trip (my sister/brother in law, my wife and I) to the British Isles. Senait worked tirelessly with us to put together an agenda that met our wishes and budget. Senait was able to seek out what she thought would include the highlights and the most comfortable and reliable accommodations. Senait was very, very patient as many changes were made throughout the process. Our trip was everything we thought it would be and more. The preplanned tours were all excellent. The accomodations were all comfortable and met our needs. It truly was the trip of a lifetime and we thank Senait and Travel Link for making our dream come true.

I asked Senait for some information about Las Vegas and about a day later, I had a complete itinerary. Senait booked everything from our hotel and shuttle to helicopter and wine tour. She was kind enough to give us options at multiple price points and kept me updated of any changes to my reservations. Being a very organized person myself, I appreciated the clarity with which all my travel details were explained and that all the vouchers were sent to me well ahead of time so I felt prepared. What I really appreciate was when American Airlines cancelled my connecting flight and stranded me in Chicago Senait was on the phone to AA immediately to rectify the issue and booked me onto a sooner flight then AA had connected me on at the airport. If I could give Senait of The Travel Link 6 stars I would. I came across Senait on a Facebook group and I am so glad I did because she made my, now, husband and I honeymoon dreams come true. Senait is the BEST! She did an amazing job of helping us to navigate the complexities of the Honeymoon process in the midst of all the wedding planning intricacies. It was our first time in Asia and naturally we were very concerned about where to even begin as it relates to planing a trip there and fitting things into our budget. We had ideas in mind of what we hoped to do while in Asia, but no idea where to begin- what tour companies do we book with? Can we afford this, where should we stay, how many days in each city should we stay, etc... Senait answered all of our questions/concerns and picked the absolute best excursions for us while in Thailand and Japan. It is a trip my husband and I will never ever forget- not only because of the incredible experiences we had while in Asia, but also how simple Senait made the whole planning process. To top it all off, we were treated like royalty at each hotel/resort we stayed. From the welcome gifts left on the beds to simply the staff just knowing we were there for our honeymoon. We truly felt special. I also cannot forget about how available Senait was when we had a last minute question and possible change while en route to another country. Hello! My husband and I took a three-week holiday in India and Nepal. We had the benefit of planning every aspect of our customized trip ahead of time while working directly with Senait Isaac, Travel Manager of The Travel Link. Senait was knowledgeable about different packages and places of interest. She was eager to discuss a great diversity of opportunities for tourists, which allowed us the luxury of planning a hassle-free holiday. Our package included all modes of transportation during our stay: flights, and land transportation which included private taxis and a train ride, as we requested. Our itinerary was very organized. A representative welcomed us in every city we visited, and were accompanied by a professional English-speaking guide and taxi driver. Our professional tour guides spoke many other languages as well (German, Portugese, Hindi, Spanish and other). Each day we had the benefit of deciding at what time we would start the tours included in our package or where and when we had our meals. Tour guides made suggestions on great restaurants or places where we could purchase unique Indian-made items. They shared key information on sites, geography, architecture, history, community leaders, arts, cultural and religious issues, as well as real life stories which were of great interest to us. All staff we met during our trip were professional and friendly. My husband and I had a fantastic experience with Senait. The Travel Link planned our South African honeymoon and it was a dream! From the very beginning of the planning process, Senait provided us with excellent options and when my husband tore his ACL and we decided we needed to postpone the trip to the following summer, Senait made it happen with minimal fees which was a huge relief. Every detail was taken care of and laid out clearly on an app that you could access anytime and anywhere. All of our accommodations were great, clean and in safe yet convenient locations. I was introduced to Senait by my niece and I'm glad the introduction was made. This year marked our 25th wedding anniversary and my husband and I wanted to plan a trip away to celebrate. A friend and I wanted to do a WWII tour. We had no idea where to start. We put together a list of places/memorials/museums/concentration camps we wanted to visit (Berlin Wall, Jewish ghettos, Concentration Camps, Oscar Schindler's factory museum, etc etc etc ) and passed it along to Senait. A short time later Senait sent us back an amazing itinerary which took us from Amsterdam to Berlin to Warsaw and finally Krakow. She thought of every detail. I had contacted other agents and I did not even hear back from them. All rides and amazing private guides had been arranged. In Warsaw, she booked us at the only hotel to survive the war. In Krakow, we stayed at a beautiful 14th century hotel on the oldest street in the city, steps away from the famous Wawel castle. She paid great attention to detail and responded to e mails very quickly, even while we were on our trip! She provided an app with the itinerary preloaded so we always knew what was next, without having to rifle through tons of paperwork. A special shout out to the private guides she arranged who walked around the cities with us and provided a local perspective on the past as well as life today. They truly made the trip special. Our trip was incredible and that was because of Senait. I wish I could give her more than 5 stars. I would recommend Senait for all your travel needs. Hands down she is the best travel agent I have ever dealt with.

Booking with Senait for our BIG family vacation was the BEST decision ever. She was simply AMAZING! She was able to help us find the ideal family resort within our budget :). We chose Sandos Playacar. Every member of the family had a fabulous time. We enjoyed the resort, staff was friendly, food was good, everyday there was a different show for all to enjoy. I would def. recommend it for families. We took advantage of walking around, using the bikes from the resort and the kids water park that was available next door (The resort next door isn't completed. Only the pool area was ready which is nice and the kids water park is complete) only downside to going to that side was the fact that the path to get there wasn't foot traffic ready and there were no bathroom. Other than that, it was by far the best pool area there (hidden gem). The other beautiful addition to the resort was the wildlife in the resort. Monkeys, Peacocks and other animals as you walk around the property which is fun for the kids to experience and adults of course :). We were invited to join our brother and sister-in-law on their 25th wedding anniversary celebration in Jamaica. This is how I learned of Senait. I gave my sister-in-law full reign on the location and details of the resort so I really had no contact with Senait until.....I broke my leg prior to the trip! At that point I had all sorts of questions which Senait was able to answer with confidence. My initial reaction was to cancel the holiday but with some thought and reassurance from Senait, I decided to go. She made arrangements for a wheelchair and attendant at both airports. As a result we were able to bypass line ups and get through security at lightning speed. I joked that this was the only good thing about having a broken leg! I asked about upgrading to seats with more leg room and Senait was knowledgable about the seat dimensions on the aircraft and made arrangements for the upgrade. I also had a wheelchair to use at the resort which made life so much easier. Secrets Wild Orchid didn't disappoint. Senait had explained that this resort was exceptional in its accessibility and catering to the disabled and she was absolutely right. The overall experience at this resort and Senait's pleasant guidance was superb. Thanks for taking my comfort into consideration, Senait. I look forward to planning future adventures with you!

What i like about working with Senait is that she is very professional while having a personal touch. Her recommendations clearly showing the pros and cons of each option made my decision making easier and helped a lot in terms of expectations. There were no unpleasant surprises. She also kept me up to date with what's going on in our destination like the seaweed problem in Riviera Maya which helped me plan accordingly otherwise it would have been very unpleasant.
