(Translated) If I could give 0 stars I would. I bought a ticket here and then they changed it due to changes in the airline. Nothing was done to accommodate. I understand that it was purchased through Air Canada and not Avianca. She bought it with Air Canada because it was the cheapest price at the time, however the agent did not inform me of the consequences. My other friends who bought were accommodated on other flights because they bought it with avianca. I don't understand why there is nothing they can do to make a client happy like maybe a waiting room or accommodation to spend the night in another city that is not my final destination. Due to this mess I will have to sleep in an airport and wait 7 hours for my connection. HORRIBLE!! If I could give 0 stars I would.
