Corinne was incredible to work with as she was super responsive, she had an incredible wealth of knowledge on our destination providing us with the best tips, tricks, and bookings, and she was just a pleasant person to deal with through the whole process - something that is incredibly valuable as you deal with all the stresses of wedding planning. Unless you enjoy a huge headache don't book with romantic planet, you will have to micromanage everything happening anyways. There have been so many issues happen with a group booking that the we may as well have booked everything on our own.

We booked our wedding to Punta Cana with Romantic Planet Vacations and brought our closest friends and family. The wedding was exceptional and the trip was fun for all. The owner of the agency made sure we were well looked after. They really seem to care about their clients. Planning a wedding is obviously a very stressful time and Romantic Planet Vacations helped us every step of the way in answering our questions to ensure for a fantastic trip. I was very pleased utilizing their support and I'd highly recommend using Romantic Planet Vacations to anyone planning a destination wedding.

I normally never write reviews whether good or bad however i felt the need to express our experience to warn others before making the mistake in booking with them. Im not writing just to vent, I want others to truly understand what a poor unethical company they really are. I mean at the end of the day im dumb for continuing to book through them even after reading some poor reviews however i thought i would give them the benefit of the doubt. PLEASE learn from my mistake. We found them online for booking our destination wedding. We went into their Burlington office and everything seemed completely normal until we chose our Punta Cana destination that is when everything went down hill. Not only were they absolutely NO help but they lied to us and our guests. One of the biggest issues is because of their highturn over rate( probably due to their lack of morals) we dealt with 3 agents before the manager of the Calgary office took over our account. Each agent had different things to say to us and our guests regarding the trip. For example: the second agent told our guests if they paid in advance before the due date she would get a discount off of her taxes for paying in full prior to it being due. COMPLETE LIE. She denied saying that and the other agents plus manager said there was nothing they could do. Another example: The agent PLUS manager told my husband and I AND my sister the same thing that if we had enough guests to come on the trip that when we got back we would get reimbursed the price of 1 ticket because of the amount of guests booked. ALSO untrue we had 18 guests! 2 of which are under 2 so 16 paid tickets! Now the manager is claiming that it ha to be 16 adults based upon double occupancy. We had 2 rooms that were triple occupancy so it doesnt count for us to be reimbursed the initial agreement. All and all one of the WORST companies and would never recommend them . PLEASE LEARN FROM OUR MISTAKE!

I was supposed to go away for my sister and brother in laws wedding but due to covid it was cancelled twice. Since then ,99% of the people that were going got their full refunds back, I on the other hand have not! It is so hard to get in touch with someone. I would like to know where my FULL refund is as I was told I would get it today! Not impressed.

We chose the Riu Palace in Los Cabos Mexico. she was very knowledgeable about the hotel and destination. She answered very question from us and our group of 40 people who went away. She always responded in a timely manner and was very professional. We would definitely recommend her to future clients looking to plan a destination wedding. Thanks again Corinne!!

Not only was she knowledgable, friendly and cost savvy, she went above and beyond in preparing us for a vacation with our 8 month old. My husband and I wanted a special vacation away to celebrate our 20th wedding Anniversary. We contacted Corinne Wilson-Daly of Romantic Planet Vacations and she took care of all the details for us. She booked us in at the RIU Republica, Adults only in Punta Cana. She made them aware that we were celebrating our anniversary. Upon arrival to our room we were greeted with a welcome letter congratulating us, a bottle of champagne, a fresh bag of coffee for us to take home, a souvenir mug and pen. The hotel and food was amazing and we had such a wonderful time. Corinne made booking the trip a breeze and had everything set up online for us to access at anytime for payments etc. We would definately recommend Corinne Wilson-Daly and Romantic Planet Vacations for anyone wanting to book a vacation with a reputable and qualified travel agent.
