Came from out of town on a Thursday 10 am to ship out multiple parcels to Europe. No one was there. There was a hand written notice on the door stating the office was closed till the following Monday. There was no information on the phone message indicating the office was closed. This is the second time this has happened. Will never do business with polimex ever again.

Very happy I found out about Polimex. A much more affordable alternative for shipping parcels to Poland and throughout Europe. The woman who helped me tonight was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Location looks clean and organized and they offer a number of services including travel. As long as my parcel makes it to Poland (which Im sure it will), Polimex gets my 5 star seal of approval. Highly recommend!!

(Translated) I do not recommend the company. Parcels do not arrive on time. By telephone, selling people with evasive false information. Very bad service. Misleading people. Packages come with damaged items because they are kept in the warehouse after a month or longer. There is no expectation of a delivery in 8 weeks as advertised everywhere. (Original) Nie polecam firmy. Paczki nie dochodzą w terminie. Telefonicznie zbywanie ludzi wymijającymi nieprawdziwymi informacjami. Bardzo zła obsługa. Wprowadzanie ludzi w błąd. Paczki dochodzą z uszkodzonymi rzeczami ponieważ są przetrzymywane w magazynie po miesiącu i dłużej. Nie ma co liczyć na dostarczenie w 8 tygodni co wszędzie jest reklamowane.
