Susie Cooper was instrumental in planning and executing our vacation completely stress free! With everything going on in the world today, covid testing, immigration declarations in/out of countries etc., if it were not for Susie's extensive knowledge, my vacation could have been very stressful! She not only prepared the transportation to and from the resorts, but helped sign my kids up for on site activities, and signed our entire group up for all of our off site excursions. So, my friend invited me on a 10 day tour of Italy. As excited as I was to go, I was having a few difficulties coming up with the funds. I dealt with Micheal, & Kathy at the agency. I was sending payments to them both, & they did agree to give me a pay extension, which I appreciated. However, after trying to make a payment to them, Micheal had canceled my trip, saying that he would not extend me anymore time, & then called me “reckless & irresponsible” before hanging up the phone on me. I did try to call him back & possibly work something out, as my ticket was non refundable, & I had already put money towards the trip. He had repeatedly hanging up the phone on me, & said, “He would not.” The day after my trip was cancelled by Micheal, they had tried to retrieve $300 dollars from my account. Fortunately, my bank informed me of fraudulent activity, & issue me a new card. I was very upset that I had missed out on this trip, & they money I would never see again, but they agreed to the extension, & then tried to steal money, after canceling it. They are extremely unprofessional & rude, & I would not recommend this agency to anyone!

I was fortunate enough to have Susan as my Travel agent. I had the miss fortune of experiencing something while traveling nobody wants to deal with. I slipped on the pool deck broke and dislocated my shoulder, Susan was there for me every step of the way. She checked in with me throughout my stay in the hospital, arranged a golf cart for me when I was released from hospital, she also arranged wheel chair service and upgraded my seats for travel home. Susan went above and beyond she really cares; she took control which as you can imagine was a blessing the last thing I needed to worry about was how am I going to get home. Susan made our initial booking easy everything was handled professionally she made sure we had all the new QR codes ready for Travel, as you can imagine all these new travel restrictions can be very intimating to some but Susan patiently took care of everything for us. Spoke to a gentleman (if that's what you call him) Michael. We were looking to book flights. He was rude, unprofessional, even hung up the phone. very unprofessional way of doing business as all the prices he offered us were $100-300 more than other places and after that instead of being helpful he was rude said we are wasting his time and hung up the phone. LOL! Wow! I'd never recommend them as online prices and other agencies are cheaper. If you are in this business you should have patience to research pricing, airlines etc.. we are still laughing as it's hard to believe people like this are in business.
