As per their rules you can not cancel or change policy without having to talk to a real person and it's impossible to reach out to a real person so that's means you are stuck with them forever. No ethics or empathy to be shown to the customers. This is not the way that a customer should be dealt with. We pay you guys with our hard earned money and we deserve better service. I would not recommend anyone taking policy through them.

Within a few minutes the broker, Laura Ferri, contacted me to discuss my needs for auto AND home insurance.
