Working with Kofo at KOAR Travel this past summer was an extremely rewarding experience. She is determined and detail-oriented, taking the time to make sure everything is the best it can be so that everybody is satisfied. She's also very patient and extremely supportive - she will provide you with the guidance you need from the planning of your river cruise trip until you return home! Any issue that may arise is no match for her calm and collected mindset - and amazing problem-solving skills. Kofo is a very pleasant person to talk and work with, I'd recommend her for anyone looking for a travel agent to organize a group trip or river cruise trip!

Excellent service, extremely knowledgeable about international travels especially when it comes to nuances about challenges and unpredictability. Kofo had to do my flights during COVID and the level of expertise demonstrated was incredible including her ability to preempt potential issues and preparing me on how to deal with them. Even with all the chaos of international travel, my trip went smooth without a hiccup. Oh and by the way, I even got bumped up to business class both ways.
