A very dedicated, focused and energetic team of professionals. Services are beyond expectations. Local staff in Saudia is also very nice and cooperative. Owners and senior members of team always available to help or to provide any assistance if and when required. They personally take care of all group members as a family. People needs to focus only their ebadah/prayer as rest of the things were handled by Falcon. Falcon made our Hajj very smooth. We organized a group for umrah with this agency. The initial dealings was pleasant and professional. We had over 14 people and the trip was planned well. Firstly, let me warn you that they use Egypt air which is a dreadful experience in itself. Weak cabin air flow for stuffy breathing air, dirty airplanes with broken seats etc. Of course the flight from Toronto wasn't all that bad but from Cairo to Jeddah it was disgusting. Although this company isn't responsible for planes, it's the service they use so it speaks about their judgement in this selection. After the first umrah was over I personally tried to book another umrah for my family. It wasn't a group but hoping find a good ticket. Once the manager (Khalid Barakat-who for some reason also is one of the two other ratings for this company) found out it wasn't a large group, he completely ignored all my emails, numbering about 5 emails spaced out by weeks and months trying to bring my wife to umrah for the first time. I realise that this is a business and they are in this field to make money off people, but you would think they would also be interested in helping regular people visit Allah's house. This unprofessional and in fact deplorable display for a company who was given the opportunity to process visas for umrah so that people can perform acts of worship has chosen to ignore people desiring to go just because they may not come with a big pay check for the company. Unfortunate. Needless to say there are otherror agencies who are quite helpful and have organized umrah with a bit more class and professionalism.

My Group was F4,2019 Hajj. Falcon service was great !!!Alhamdulillah. Mena camp was just across the Zamarat . In Arafah and Muzdalifah experience was excellent with train service. All sheikh was nice. Salaam to our beloved Hajji’s friends. Missing hajj period every day.

Overall rating 6/10 for 2019 F5 program. F5 program had very poor experience in Mena. There was no access to the Hajj Building and the tents were unacceptably over-crowded. Numerous Hajjis did stumble and fall on each other as the tents had no space to allow walking among the sleeping Hajjis. The washrooms had very long lineups. F5 is the most expensive package per day. Despite this, no stay in Mecca hotel. We feel this package was a pure money maker to Falcon. The last two days in Jedda are pure waste of time and should have been spent in Mecca instead. During the arrival day in Madina, the hotel keys were not available and we were left very tired and hungry for several hours. When leaving Jedda airport, we wete told Falcon is providing Zamzam water. After checking our luggage, we discovered that the falcon truck left the airport without providing/unloading Zamzam. The owner Mr. Alaa Elkhouly and his son were very professional, polite, helpful and problem solvers. The opposite can be said for some other falcon group leaders.

Fraud and scam. DONOT BOOK YOUR HAJJ WITH THEM! they took our money in 2020 and for 2 years they are telling us to wait and be patient for refund! Now instead of giving us the money back they are saying to take travel vouchers(so they still can have business and dont have to give our money ) i dont want to travel in the pandemic, i want my money , no travel vouchers ! No one picks up the phone, no one return calls....stay away from them!

The service or the lack thereof from Falcon Travel doesn't even deserve a single star. Mr Khaled Riad was very rude and could not deal with simple questions from my parents on their last visit and he essentially kicked them out from his office. According to their website he's a specialist in Saudi visas. Let me tell you he's NOT!! He told my parents to get the sponsor's birth certificate (my brother's birth certificate) to get attested my the Ministry of Foreign Affairs but it's not required for those born in Canada. He didn't stop their, he insisted that he told me on a visit a few weeks before that it should be attested. He did not mention it. Applying for a visa to Saudi Arabia is not only expensive but very complicated and as a visa agent they should expect all types of questions regarding the process. It's part of his job providing the service and this time Mr. Khaled Riad utterly failed. Do not go there if you want to be treated fairly.

Amazing experience during hajj! Staff was always at our service during the whole trip and they always made sure left over food at the Mina tents were distributed immediately to the needy people and not wasted. During the hajj days, we were always toe and toe with the other VIP groups from North America.

Alhamdulullah we used Falcon travel for our Hajj 2019. We had the F2 package. The falcon team made our journey an fulfilling and beautiful experience. From the Shaykhs to our flag bearer. We were extremely fortunate to have sister Yasmeena, sister Jannah and sister Najat as our leaders for the sisters. I especially appreciated the lectures that was provided by our Shaykhs at the hajj building. We had English, Arabic, French and Urdu options. Hajj is not a vacation. Be prepared. Understand what package you choose. I was very humbled by the kindness and generosity of everyone, including the owner of Falcon travel. May Allah SWT bless you all and God willing we all meet again.

I have recently used Falcon Travel services for 2018 Hajj Package. I regret to state that it has been totally unpleasant experience where by as per the agreement services offered and actually rendered were totally different thus causing great inconvenience during the entire process, lacking in organization managing and providing promised services such as hotel accommodation, transportation, food and over all experience.

Our 2019 Hajj experience was way better than our expectation. All the services promised by Falcon were delivered in my opinion. Services were top notch. For me standout was involvement of Falcon executives at every step of the way to explain Hajjis concerns and anxieties. This is on top of excellent management by group and religious leaders. Every change of plan was accompanies by solid reason of why, which made acceptance easier. For me two incidences were truly outstanding first how our group leaders manage the group at Arafat and Muzdalfa stations making sure we went inside the train as a group which meant making train dispatchers angry but they did'nt care. I am not aware of any instance where any group member was lost. Second one was the rain in Mina. There was widespread flooding in our tents. Brother Al Khoully himself managed the situation to remove water from the tent roofs, get rid of soaking carpets and installed new carpets. That was an amazing example of a disaster situation turned into a very acceptable one. Bravo to the whole falcon team. Falcon team was very clear with Hajjis on what can be done and what cannot be. For example lots of Hajjis including me were asking for direction to Jabal e Rahmat in Arafat. We were told clearly directions will not be given as Hajjis go out of compound and get lost and waste precious time during Hajj trying to get back. Please continue to be firm as it helps the Hajjis as they don't know better. My only improvement request would be to allow one hand carry item to Mina instead of a Falcon provided backpack. Hand carry allow pushing instead of carrying which helps tremendously in airports. Also in order to get to the bottom of backpack you need to remove everything from the backpack. A lot of wasted time. Special thanks to all the Sheikhs for their guidance and special one for Sheikh Riad Ouarzazi for making our Hajj memorable. Alhamdolilah we did Hajj in 2018, overall the services provided by team were OK not good. As Egypt Air was the worst experience not understand charging elite fare and giving cheapest of the airline. There was chaos at all level from boarding us on the buses in Medinah to Ziaraat, going to Jamaraat and going for Tawaf -e widah all were not well organized at all. The team lacks experience though they claimed that have 20 years experience which I doubt. All of the staff looks for the chief to guide no planned work at all. I gave 2 stars as we were given Hotels as promised, good food. Long waits from Mecca to Mena as buses stopped for gas for 3 hours why not you filled before. At Mena they had no designated area for several people like me and let me wait for hours to push in El Emaan space.There was no help in windstorm but ditched us same happened way back at Cairo airport long wait just to get 2 hours rest in hotel and list goes on and on
