Not impressed with the service from this travel agency. I was booked a flight by Sarah from Geneva back to Toronto, with a connecting flight to Newark. This was done knowing that I had a Chinese passport and couldn't enter the US airport without a visa. I was not aware of this and would have appreciated a travel agent telling me this. Because of this, I have spent more than 24 hours so far being delayed and travelling around Europe trying to find a way home.

Terrible customer service. Neil Cruickshank has not been looking out for my family’s best interest during this crisis. I don’t trust anything this man says. I wouldn’t recommend this travel agency if it was the last one in Canada. One star is clearly, one too many.

Awful customer service. Due to the covid crisis our group package was put off and the new date did not work. As well as being off for a year I could not afford it. Neil Cruickshank was incredibly difficult to deal with and even refused to send me his supervisors email. After paying a ridiculous fee of $250 to cancel after covid messed it up, I later found out that the AC bail out covered these costs and that others in the group that had to cancel were not charged. When I emailed the owner John Wood about this his response was - “ What part of “I’m not going to respond to further e-mails on this subject don’t you understand”? Also while I was Looking online I have found - “There has been some instances where travel agents are charging commission fees to start the refund. THIS IS ILLEGAL and double dipping as AC is NOT RECALLING COMMISSIONS on these ticket sales. You should NOT PAY ANY FEES to travel agents, and report them to your provincial business regulatory body. ” One star to many. I would not recommend this agency to anyone. These people are crooks
