Christine Atchison our travel agent was always in tune with what we wanted and did everything she could to make our requests happen. She was quick to respond to our email and/or telephone calls. She was in touch with us before our river cruise and after our cruise to make sure we were completely satisfied and happy. We enjoyed working with her and she provided us with the best possible service experience. We would not hesitate to use her again on our next cruise. The Avalon cruise between Linz, Austria and Budapest was one of the best travel experiences we have had in our many years of travel. They treat you like royalty on the ship. The cabin was comfortable and well placed. The food was superb and the tours were excellent. Everything went without a problem. This was a great vacation.

I have not had good experience with my agent from Discount Tours I have had to search out all information on my trip by myself When I did ask for help on getting a travel visa I was given the wrong information. My trip is Viking river cruise. When I contacted Viking they were very helpful on getting my wife and myself a visa and booking excursions My recommendation would be to forget about booking through Discount Tours and book direct with Viking

He is also working with a great team, such as bus drivers that kept us very safe and a tour guide that was very knowledgeable about past and present Scotland. We took the Ireland trip 2 years ago... it was amazing, the cost was exceptionally reasonable, the planning was so smooth and timings worked incredibly well. Everyone was just outstanding, but most of all Kiran Grewal, she was so helpful, kind and patient. It was all so good we are planning another trip for the new year. This organization was highly recommended by a neighbor who had nothing but praise for everyone, she had done the Ireland trip the year before us and is hoping to do another trip soon.
