This is the worse customer service I have ever received! I absolutely NOT recommend this place or services at all. It is just unacceptable how they treat their clients. No responding to the emails, raising their voice, hanging up the phone and on top of that taking several days for answering questions regarding my tickets. The person who was supposed to help me was Silvia, which did not do it at all. They do not value their clients and treat them super badly like I am one of their family members or I just do not know. I paid for a service which I clearly did NOT RECEIVED. Is unbelievable her customer service and unacceptable how she talks. It was extremely disrespectful!!
