Deborah is the real deal when it comes to Disney. All I knew was i wanted a super special family trip and she took care of it all. I didn’t have to do anything. Based on my kids ages she was able to book the hardest to get fast passes and experiences that all of us loved. Our resort was gorgeous and the restaurants we ate at were fabulous. I also was a bit needy and had a million questions through out the planning process as well as during the trip. She was always available and incredibly patient with me. Lori Wilson Summers took care of us at Click the mouse. We had a great vacation despite the winter coats and hats and rain gear. The planning Lori organized was perfect and we spent just enough time in each park. The quality of the food for the express meals in Epcot is quite impressive. We would hop back there in the evening for dinner. Pandora was beautiful and has to be seen it in daylight and evening. We discovered a free water taxi to come back from Universal. It goes back and forth between the park and Savannah hôtel, across the street from ours (cabana). World of Harry Potter is beautiful. We spent about 4 hours there, maybe 5 during the day and evening. The kids loved trying their spells at the different stations with their magic wand. Food is also very good in that park section and attendants seat your party so no waiting to find a table. We wished upon a star and "clicked the mouse" and wow dreams became a reality We had always dreamed of taking our grown children and their children to Disney. This, in essence, was our bucket list. But where to start? Luckily for us,we found a Fairy Godmother in Sandra at Clickthemouse From the moment we met , she assured us that our desires would come true and they did. With her professional and enthusiastic expertise, she brought Disney to life. Our stay at the Polynesian was perfect and we all felt that we were in the south seas. It was a truly beautiful escape after an exciting day at the park . She took a personal interest in our family and what would best suit the ages of our kids. She arranged for our dinners with Mickey and our special evening with Cinderella in the castle. If we had questions she was there and lead the way all through the experience. Sandra KNOWS Disney . We took the club level and could not rave about it enough. This was her suggestion and once again it was perfect as we watched the parade on the lake and the fireworks from our rooms. She walked us through the magical maze that is fast paces and wrist bands and dinner plans and we could not have had an easier, better time She will never know what her guidance meant to us. I can some it up with a moment when we first arrived at the Magic kingdom and my grand daughter began to cry at the Castle entrance and we said oh Charlie what is wrong?? When planning a trip to Disney World I searched to find an exceptional travel agent. I was lucky to find Deborah Goldberg from ‘Clickthemouse’ travel. Exceptional!! Deborah recommended the hotel based on our family profile (sand beach!). Continuously found us savings (yes every time a new promotion is available we get it). Booked Star Wars experiences that I didn’t even know existed (to my children’s delight & who knew my husband wants to build a lightsaber too). Booked the Star Wars cantina, and recommended incredible restaurants all over Disney World to maximize our culinary experience. She emailed me updated on Saturday, on Sunday, after regular business hours to get it done. There is NO way even the super planner that I am I could have ever known all of this. We would have had the ‘meh’ vacation if not for Deborah and ClickTheMouse. And then the pandemic hit and Disney shut-down the DAY of our scheduled arrival. Not only is Denise Stahl hardworking, detail-oriented, & knowledgeable, but she is fun! Planning our vacation with her was like planning a trip with a close friend. She listened to my needs, asked about our family’s interests and ages, and made excellent recommendations to customize our experience. I've booked Disney many times on my own which comes with a lot of stress, but decided this time to book with Deborah at Click the Mouse. Deborah delivered on everything and it was seamless!
