Very good experience. The staff went beyond the call, helping me in a (for me) stressful situation. As well, they discounted their larger available car (a Jeep) to an economy car rate (which was unavailable, being a Friday afternoon.) All in all, very helpful and appreciated!

I asked for their cheapest model which they did not have in stock, so they rented me a more expensive model for the same price. The process was straight forward, Patrick was very accommodating and I will continue to rent from Carter's in the future. Awesome service.
