My fiance went in he stood there for probably 15 minutes there was one booth open they didn't even acknowledge she was standing there not to even say hi. I was waiting in the car so I assumed he was just talking to somebody when he got back in the car and said that's what happened I thought this is ridiculous that's why I'm giving a one-star I would give zero Stars if I could it was over at Eastgate Square and Hamilton are very ignorant

Close to highway. Lots of parking. Lots of options from travel to insurance to membership and trip items to buy like suitcases etc. You don't need to be a member to get insurance. Great if you are going to US for a few days or overseas for longer. Reasonable prices. Recommend.

They closed it down. So no stars. Disappointing as I used to visit occasionally. I'm thinking of cancelling my service as part time they refused to come out due to the weather conditions. Why am I paying them for?

Had very bad customer service. Asked them how many tows i had left, they said this time would be the last one, so i ask if i could get not be renewed. 30 mins go by "Unfortunate, but we can no longer tow that vehicle."

The store is actually located at 75 Centennial Parkway. It's in the eastgate square plaza to the right of the shoppers drug mart.. You can't miss the sign of you're looking for it.

We booked a Disney vacation through this location and found we had to do most of the work ourselves. The agent told us free dining was not available but that she would keep checking for us just in case. We checked ourselves after booking and found free dining WAS available, and it took three calls to the agent before she bothered to respond and make the required changes. Finally, after being told she would call us as soon as our documents arrived (Magical Express tickets, etc.), we discovered a week before our trip, after repeated calls, that our agent had left on vacation and our documents had been sitting in filing cabinet for three weeks. Will absolutely not be using CAA for travel bookings in the future.

The two ladies are very disrespectful, I walked in and was immediately made to feel very uncomfortable. I'm a happy person by nature in the customer service business myself. After being glared at with a serveaely nasty face I was then ignored as the two ladies continued their conversations. I was the only one in line!! Once they decided to finish their conversation and asked me if I needed anything, I couldn't help myself but leave after she looked down her nose at me. Just an awful feeling. I needed a membership and travel insurance for an upcoming trip. Had they been even human I would have most likely purchased new luggage as well. 0 stars. CAA fail.

If you enjoy searching for your car because they towed it to the wrong shop give them a call. It’s like Easter for adults. Don’t worry that you ya e been waiting for an appointment for three weeks at your local dealership, what’s another couple when they have zero respect. The one star is for the men and women working in the cold, work Safe, give these guys a lane.

CAA provided the absolute worst service to experience. My father passed away unexpectedly and my mother had been trying to cancel his insurance with CAA for his vehicles. Firstly, the representative over the phone told us to go to Service Canada on Barton and Nash. When we arrive, they tell us we have to go somewhere else. We got to service Ontario on centennial. Wait 45 minutes to be told to go somewhere else when finally Sandy from SO was helpful enough and said she would help my mother. Get a cancellation agreement and call CAA the next day to confirm that it’s cancelled and they tell me they have no idea what we are talking about. Then proceed to tell us it was our fault because we didn’t provide the proper documentation, even though when we called no one told us we needed to bring anything specific besides his policy and death certificate. Then speak to someone from customer service who tells us that we were told wrong information and that we need a will or proof of power of attorney. Telling them my father passed unexpectedly and didn’t have a will they still said the only thing we can do is stop payment with the bank. I have a piece of paper in front of me saying the policy is cancelled today but they said they will still take out payment of my deceased fathers bank account if they don’t have the proper documentation or we stop payment from the bank. What a horrible customer service experience from CAA to deal with at such a hard time. You would think that they would help there customers and provide them with what they need to make this process easier. This close to cancelling my own CAA due to the horrible experience endured.
