Pretty solid place. Their prices are good and their staff seems to be really nice. A little bit of a wait when you go in but never longer then around 15 mins. If you have a issue they have a good way of dealing with it. I'm only not happy with how it seemed like I was being rushed out of there. Other then that great place.

I was surprised that the door was locked with a notice to Call this number for service. I thought maybe to make an appointment for client control but not? I was greeted and assisted over the phone for my TripTik request. 1 1/2 weeks later the package arrived in the mail. All good, thank you.

I am cancelling my account with CAA - Car on the side of a ramp in Oakville onto QEW - Called CAA said they would send someone ASAP. Close to construction site, nice people that let me sit in a van to keep warm. CAA took forever, during this time, Police called another towing company. Over $300.00 to get my car out and another tow to get it where it need to go to be fixed. Absolutely disgusting service.

Terrible experience here today dealing with Linda. Came to get passports photos made. I have come before and was not charged as i have a CAA membership. This lady however was not knowledgeable at all, did not inform me that I would have to pay. Upon discussing this with her, she became very rude and hostile. Not the experience i was expecting here. There are plenty other CAA locations that will service you and value your time there.

Exceptional service! We booked our honeymoon with Neeta, who was absolutely amazing every step of the way. She was very knowledgeable, kind and never made us feel pressured to book. She informed us in great detail of our options and then waited on hold for 3 hours (I’m not kidding!) to speak to the AC agent to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. The whole time she waited she did it with a smile and assured me we would eventually get through and would make the booking I wanted. I would recommend Oakville CAA travel to anyone who wants great customer service and expert advice. We will definitely book our next travel venture here.
