???? Would give a 2 1/2 if I could. Helpful but not flexible. Would not accommodate my husband (who is in the hospital for an extended stay) by phoning in verification for our vehicle. Maybe that was expecting too much from a corporation but I thought under the circumstances between the pandemic in a hospital situation that they might be flexible. Found other means...
