Mr. Noorullah is professional, hardworking, and very caring for his clients. He facilitated the entire flight journey this month from Kabul to Vancouver (with all the obstacles of covid restrictions and cancellations) for us and was always responsive to our concerns , immediately helped to solve any problems. He made the process very smooth and and stress-free. He also is knowledgeable on updated flying restrictions so his advise is well appreciated. Even though we lived on the other side of the country, we are happy clients for many years and hope to have business with Ariana Int. Travel in the future.

With so much uncertainty related to travel right now during the 2021 Coronavirus pandemic restrictions, Noor has been so helpful to me and my family regarding future trip planning. It is hard to keep up with knowing which countries allow Canadian essential/non-essential travel entry. This is so important to consider before booking through an online travel site. Noor was thorough in his explaning, reassuring and proactive. He is fluent in English, Farsi/Dari, Pashto and perhaps other languages as well which I did not ask. I highly recommend his services to people who are planning and want efficient airline booking on the spot.

I've never written a review, but after all efforts and hard works that brother Nooralla did for us, I felt it was important to let people know that this is a great company to book travel plans with. I’m surprised to read some negative reviews about this agency. During last 3 months we changed our flights for 3 times and he was so patient and helpful all the time even sometimes I was calling him late at night and he was available to answer my phone. Once, while he was celebrating Eid with his family I called from airport because of not having COVID-19 test we almost missed our flight and he contacted to the airline right away and solved the problem. I’m traveling almost twice a year and have enough experience with buying the tickets and travel agencies. Nooralla is professional, attentive, and finds you the best deals to suit your needs. In the end, he made this experience excellent. Truly recommend this place and thank you so much!

however desperate you may get, avoid this agent at all costs. every afghan i know who has had to deal with him has had nothing but bad things to say about him and nothing but bad experiences with him. this guy talks about how many years he has been in the travel business, but he is still very unprofessional and lies thru his teeth. regardless of what he tells you, he is NOT the only authorized agent in toronto to sell ariana airline tickets. if nothing else, you can buy them directly from ariana online just google fly ariana. please please avoid this guy!!

DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE..in person and on the phone. Have never been so disrespected and disappointed with any service as I have with the travel agent who runs the place Noorullah Mahmood. After making payment extremely rude...told I should confirm a week before by calling (at first meeting in the office) then this so called agent who cant get his facts straight told me when I called that I do not need to confirm....so how do I know its confirmed if I dont get confirmation???...and that he thinks he knows how to speak English but really doesnt...he promised many things and obviously has a screw loose...worst agency WILL RIP you off if you sincerely want and ask for help....NOT sorry and truth has to be said.Dont want other honest customers coming here, because a half fast job and to be disrespected is not what a customer pays for. I am forced to put number of stars but this business doesn't deserve a quarter of a star.
