My review is long time overdue. I have been using All Travel Season for years to book my flights, vacation packages, etc. I have been impressed by the professionalism of each one of the staff members whenever I needed someone to assist. Recently, it was Nikolina who was helping me and I simply had to share with everyone how impressed I am with her service. She responds to emails and calls promptly, looks for solutions and it’s so easy to work with her. Thank you Nikolina for your help and great work!

All of the representatives I dealt with are always polite and helpful. Once I had to return from Europe earlier then scheduled and Anita arranged a new flight within couple of hours. I was extremely satisfied with Nikolina from All Seasons Travel for helping me with my recent trip to Serbia. Even though the trip turned out to be a nightmare for me due to Air Canada mistakes, she vas very professional, knowledgeable and always available. She was able to reschedule my ticket with no extra cost to me, and also was able to get me a refund for the unnecessary second Covid test from Air Canada (due to misunderstanding of the requirements for entering Serbia by Customer Service Agent at the Halifax airport). I called to ask if they accept big dogs and the lady proceeded to say golden retrievers german shepherds and pretty much any blue line breed is terrifying and will not be accepted but poodles are okay. I have personally been attacked by a poodle and own 3 bullies and a shepherd that are angels so I do not get the truth in her statement. Unless you have a dog that can be thrown across the room when this lady gets mad do not even try to contact. Nasty personality and personally someone I would never trust my dogs with big or small. You decide but I suggest Gonzos guest house and pet house as a good substitute. Amazing people who are compassionate from the first phone call.
