When i picked up my certificate I was greeted by Amanda Lanctot, whom I have also been in contact with since then, asking various questions about different things regarding a south vacation. We booked a trip to Cozumel & were told that there were no flights from Halifax until December 20th. Not wanting to wait until December 20th I booked the trip to fly out of Toronto & figured we'd make our way to Toronto on another flight at a huge expense. Six days after booking the trip I come to find that there were now flights from Halifax on the dates we wanted. Needless to say I was disheartened since I took the advice of the agent on the phone when I booked 6 days ago. I decided to visit the SellOffVacations office in Dartmouth, NS to see what could be done to accommodate us since we would ALWAYS choose to fly out of our home province. I was greeted with a friendly hello from Crystal as soon as I walked in the door. I briefly explained our situation & she didn't hesitate for a second. She took the information, contacted the airline direct & had a wonderful answer for me in less that 20 minutes!! I booked with Sell off Vacation recently at the Argentia location with agency by the name of Rosemarie Walters. She always come through for us whether it’s small group or large group. She puts you on the right track what to expect and what not to when travelling. I was a bit scare whether to travel during Covid 19, but to be frank there’s no need to. What I have experienced recently it’s amazing, you feel much safer travelling than staying home. The safety measures and the procedure are just phenomenal. I would do it again, when you have an agency who willing to guide you on everything when travelling to you just feel that confident and everything went through as you were told. My experience at the Hilton Rose Hall, Montego Bay, Jamaica was extraordinary: the food was great so much to choose from, the entertainments, the beaches, the lazy river , the pools , water slides, the 24/7 room service, drinks. and the friendly staffs was just more that what you could have asked for. This was truly a great choice, I would do it again and again. Rosemarie Walters keep up the great work that you have been doing , the great personality, the patience and after hours just to make sure we are ok at this time of Covid19, it’s just amazing, you make travelling super easy. You are an asset to that company. You not only look out for your self but you put out 110% for others so they get values for their money, I would recommend you any time.

I had booked a flight to Caya Coco online and unfortunately I had car troubles the morning of my flight and I was a few minutes late to the airport as they closed the gate a few minutes before I arrived. I called selloff vacations and Rosemarie Waters answered the phone. She tried her best to find me another flight going out the next few days but nothing was available until the following week. I asked if anything could be done but both the airlines and my credit card insurance said there are no provisions for being late and I would have to pay to book again. I accepted that because no one else was responsible for this but myself!! To my surprise, Rosemarie called my back a few hours later and informed me that she was able to get 50% of the cost of my flight returned!! Rosemarie went over and beyond any of my expectation's and that is very rare in the business world today. Thank you Rosemarie, sell off vacations, and Air Canada to offer assistance when you were clearly not obliged to!!

Knowledgeable, friendly agent who is providing professional service for all my travel needs. On my last trip, while I was in Cuba, had to get in touch with her regarding voucher for Matanzas city tour , which was included in my vacation package, but I didn't print it at home. I needed that voucher (printed) but couldn't log into my documents, so she emailed me voucher next day and I printed out at the hotel reception. And I was able to go on the city tour. This is what reliable travel agent does for a client!

Case in point, tonight when Air Canada changed our flights to Jamaica, she contacted Air Canada to inform them we had the Carefree Package and ensured we had the same seats as our previous flight. When Crystal was out of the office, Kim looked after us for our 10th Wedding Anniversary vow renewals in Jamaica where everything was perfect. We consider ourselves to be truly blessed to have these great agents take care of our vacation plans. I am sorry I could only give 5 stars. This place is racist. I went in with my boyfriend. Both of us are not Caucasian. There was two Caucasian ladies who saw us sit down. They did not even say hi. They did not help us. So we walked out and went to marlin travels where they helped and booked our tickets in 30 minutes. I will definitely let anyone in meadowvale know how racist your staff are and that if you’re not Caucasian you don’t even get a “please sit down”. What a great representation of what type of people work for sell of vacations.

Booked the vacation online and when I called the next day for an additional option to pay for kitesurfing equipment they sent me to Air Transat to deal with them directly. Air Transat declined to take my kitesurfing bag even at cost so I had no choice but to cancel the whole vacation and eat up $100 deposit fee cancelation... bottom line - if you have any specific needs / requirements DO NOT BOOK ONLINE. Call and deal with everything ON THE PHONE AND PAY ONLY when all your requirements are met and included in the file.

If you are ever in a pickle booking a vacation, I suggest you go to Expedia or SunWing instead. Our Travel Agent named Sylvia was a poor example of a person who cared for their clients. She booked our dates wrong and we had to go through many hoops just to get our correct date and on top of that, we told her we were booking with another group. How hard is it to pull up a file and compare the dates? Mary was a great help but never go to Sylvia because she does not care at all. Happy Travels and Best Wishes!

We went to A recommended location in Jamaica for our honeymoon. The Luxury Bahia Principe resort in Runaway Bay was fabulous. Our agent Rosemarie was absolutely correct about sending us to this site. The resort was very beautiful...from the gorgeous scenery, the flavorful and abundant choices of food certainly satisfied our tastebuds and our appetite. The pool and beach experience was amazing...local and international food was readily available at the pool and we ate down by the beach...simply perfect!! The nightly entertainment didn't disappoint and the performers were great. The weather was nice and the entire experience was quite exquisite. Rosemarie went above and beyond in preparing the staff for our arrival and made sure they knew it was our honeymoon. We even booked everything last minute and we received elite service from her. I was gifted Crystal Conway as a travel agent when I called SellOffVacations. Her first question was my phone number in case we were disconnected. I almost fell off my chair! I explained I was travelling with my friend and our two 83 yr old moms, and needed all the paperwork for our trip. With minimal information, as I was only sent invoices, she pulled magic out of her hat in record time. They were waiting at my email before I could change screens. I have never had such professional, knowledgeable and thorough service ever. Usually I have dropped calls, I have to beg to people to take my number just in case......not this lady! Amanda Lanctot was an amazing help to us in planning a group vacation to Las Vegas. When Westjet dropped their direct flights we found that the alterate flights were not optimal for us. When Westjet announced on Aug. 22nd that they are resuming their direct flights to Vegas, Amanda got us rebooked on direct flights right away.
