Don't fly with Air Canada ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A WOMAN TRAVELLING ALONE. In case of a weather cancellation, they will push your flight 16hrs later (when the weather was better hours before!) and you won't know until you get to the airport from another trip.They won't accomodate you and help you find a safe place to stay for the night, even if you are a woman traveling alone. For the 16hrs you spend there, even if they had a flight earlier - they will choose you to wait that amount of time even after you just flew 5h30 and spent the night. Yes, they will try to give 15% off your next flight, to apologize, but they are the most expensive air company already! Customer service over the phone during the night while trying to figure out what to do was the worst and they make you feel hopeless and even more alone in this situation. Choose another air company if you can: cheaper, way better and safer service!

Not a bad airline. Not much in the way of customer perks. Like most airlines, customer service seems to be secondary. Not overly competitive and it is usually easier to find a cheaper flight with an alternative carrier. They do have some convenient direct flights internationally, so for a few hundred extra dollars you can save the hassle of changing planes.

So frustrating to try to talk to a human being and getting a straight answer. What used to take 2 secs. now takes one whole day, sometimes. Does the world not realize that many, many people cannot hook their sinker line to the internet cloud!!!

Rude staff, poorly organized, unreliable and heartless. If I could give zero stars, I would. These people; this airline is the worst! The last 3 times I've booked with them I've had problems. At 11:30 pm they send me a cancellation notice for my 6 am flight citing "Crew Constraints" if you can believe that. It took me until almost 2 am to make arrangements for another flight -- 9:20 pm which meant I had to cancel plans at my destination. I had to extra expenses from the car rental, airport food and huge inconvenience. Then, they delayed the 9:20 flight 3 times. The gate beside us (also Air Canada) was experiencing similar delays for different reasons (excuses). Rude staff, poorly organized, unreliable and heartless. If you can avoid flying with them --- Do So!

(Original) Una aerolinea estupenda, se podria decir que es una aerolinea cara, sin embargo, buscando fechas especificas puedes encontrar vuelos baratos como una low cost. El personal de la aerolínea tanto en tierra como en aire es de primera calidad, así también, los alimentos a bordo, que aunque son con costo, las bebidas como agua, café, jugos son de cortesía. Vuelos puntuales, check in sencillo y rápido al igual que el abordaje de lo mas organizado. Si descargas la app de Air Canada, puedes ver peliculas y series en tu movil a traves de streaming de su catalogo.

Air Canada's fees are ridiculous! Im on a corporate account that spends thousands of dollars a year and they can't wave the flight time transfer fee. Air Canada's net income for the quarter ending in September 2017 was 1.7 billion dollars. This clearly show the corporate greed and monopoly idealism Air Canada holds. In the mean time well writing this review a young woman in tears is sat behind me in the general waiting area by an Air Canada gate agent; where the agent goes over the young ladies options and situation surrounded by other awaiting passengers clearly embarrassed. A continued display of the insensitivity and disrespect from this corporation. I suggest they change their name to "Forget Canada" as they have clearly forgotten the common values true Canadians hold.
