Would leave 10 stars if I could. Having never travelled out of North America I had no idea what to expect or where to book. I was referred to Allison Knaap by a few co workers. I emailed her our wish list of what we were looking for in Mexico. Within a few emails she pin pointed a few PERFECT locations. After doing some research we narrowed it down to our favourite. She ended up finding the best deal possible and saved us a ton of money! Super excited even though the dreaded 6 month wait until our trip. Anyone looking for a travel company/agent.. Allison Knaap is awesome!

Found great prices online and decided to try out this travel agency to see if they could match it. I would rather have an expert helping me through complicated travel plans. They were unable to match the price on the exact same flight I had found, and wanted to charge a fee on top of that! No way. I booked online.

I was told to check out this travel agency through a friend, I didn't think twice to come check it out with all the good fed back he gave me about Goliger's travel plus; anyways we walked in to a welcoming environment spoke to Ashlie.White and she was great! she was very comfortable with us, her enthusiasm was off the charts which made the stay more fun she also gave us so many options and advice she was extremely helpful! we left happy clients! we will for sure be coming back for future trips!

My girlfriend and I came to this agency as a friend referred it to us, and because this will be our first trip I wanted professional guidance. when we first walked in the staff all welcomed us but we requested Ashlie.W she was great she was very sweet. I only use Goliger's Travel Waterloo to book all of my vacations. Ashlie White is the best! She goes above and beyond to give you all the options there are, so you can make your trip exactly what you want. I've booked a couple all-inclusives there and I wasn't too sure what I was looking for, and Ashlie gave me about 10 choices of resort (different countries) with pros and cons of each which was amazing! She is awesome to work with and will try to get you exactly what you're looking for. I know I can always rely on them for the best service, and will only trust them to book my travel.

We knew roughly where in Italy we wanted to go and she helped us to plan all the details (booking tours and train tickets, etc.). It was great to not have to worry about anything while we were gone because everything was handled for us and we could just enjoy our vacation. I've been dealing with Sheena Woolner. It's been extremely frustrating dealing with her. Almost every time I got some kind of correspondence from her, there were issues with names and birthdates. I've received confirmations of bookings (including flights) with wrong names which had been corrected before and wrong again. This is extremely nerve wracking as wrong information on a boarding pass may cause that boarding to be invalid. We haven't even gone on the trip yet and I'm already pulling my hair out.

We had met initially with Elizabeth Lakic and we at first loved her. She emailed me destination options and I replied that those didn't work for us, after a week of no reply I emailed her back and she emailed back yes apologetic but also made me feel that I was an inconvenience and that she had other priorities to attend to. Awful feeling for a bride is who is planning her wedding. After that last email I thought ok we should still give her the benefit of the doubt..we still have not heard from her, it is unprofessional to even tell your client that you are short staff, or that you have to work 12-14hrs/day just to get to everyone and it is high season. When looking for an agent we should feel that we will not be an inconvenience to you and that you do have your focus on us. From the beginning the communication should have been I am sorry I am unable to take you on so that way I can look elsewhere to plan my wedding. I absolutely do not recommend planning your destination wedding with Elizabeth Lakic. A good judgment on picking your travel agent is communication. Which there was not any. I am very thankful I found another agent at Marlin Travel who has been nothing but professional and responsive, I think 3 business days should be a rule of thumb to reply to your clients.

Me and my now husband were planning to have a destination wedding, we went to marlin travel and were greeted by a lady who asked what we were there for. We told her we were looking into destination weddings and wanted to look into prices. We are young, my husband was in his work clothes and she automatically assumed we didnt have the money as she rudely replied "you know it will be AT LEAST 15 HUNDRED per person" me and my husband looked at each other and got out of there so quickly. Little did she know we make great money and 1500 was alot less than we were expecting. We ended up booking with fareconnect having 30+ people joining in our wedding day. She was so quick to judge and because of that lost out on a big group travel!
