Nathalie really took the time to listen to our "needs" and interests before offering us a wide selection of hotels that we would be able to investigate. She often received us near closing hours and never appeared "tired" of my many questions. We loved the two trips booked with her. Voici ma "review/ expérience": Ma conjointe et moi n'avions encore jamais fait de voyage "tout inclut" et ne savions vraiment pas où aller. Pour moi, toutes les destinations ou hôtels étaient plutôt du pareil au même. Nathalie a vraiment pris de le temps d'écouter nos "besoins" et intérêts avant de nous offrir une vaste sélection d'hôtels que nous allions pouvoir investiguer. Elle nous a souvent reçu près des heures de fermetures et n'a jamais apparu "tanné" de mes nombreuses questions. Nous avons adoré les deux voyages bookés avec elle.
