Simard (Original) Organisation Des voyages, très bien effectués, transports corrects, Sauf que le service après ventes ,communications , opinons des clients, Considération envers les clients, cette agence s'en fout et demeure très indépendante.....on a probablement assez de voyageurs, aucune considération même lorsque l'on réfère ( dans mon cas ) 4 autres clients avec Moi.... Vs savez tous que le service après ventes est important de nos jours...... La direction Ne doit pas savoir que parfois offrir qu'un café Ne coûte pas cher,mais peut rapporter Beaucoup.......En plus si d'autres voyages s'organisent, Il est facile de nous En faire part.... Dommage à vous madame La directrice, si charmante, mais trop occupée .....pour vos relations d'affaires.....je crois.... Je vs apprécie quand même... N. Simard
