Carol was very helpful arranging an extended family of 13, some coming from different locations and even different dates. She emailed me late one night about one family that I thought had not yet been confirmed to assure me that they were indeed booked. When we thought the space was full for 9 days instead of 7 days, she was able to procure space for those extra days so Grandma could be there for the whole time that various family members were coming and going. The prices were the same as dealing directly with Air Transat and our conversations were much more pleasant.

Great site overall. They are really unique in the way that they present hotel options and they're my first choice when I'm looking for vacation pricing! I wish I could filter for hotels with 1 bedroom options but otherwise this really works well for me. There are some glitches when I try to uncheck rooms or click on a hotel it will pop up the date box instead but a quick refresh usually fixes this. Also, sometimes the site that they are pulling info from doesn't come up but this is usually temporary. The most important thing is that they have great customer service! Very friendly, helpful, quick and courteous. I made a mistake on my booking and they fixed it quickly without any of the red tape that I've gotten from other sites.

We booked a trip and were assured we could cancel WITHOUT penalty if we cancelled and that our deposit would be refunded. The resort we booked with didn't open all their restaurants, pools and were short staffed so we cancelled. Haven't seen my refund yet but they were quick to charge an "administration" fee to cancel. Deposit of $100 Admin fee was $64.80 I should have been advised there would be a fee to cancel when the selling point was full refund of the deposit. Will never use Kevin again.

I'd never heard of Tripcentral until I started looking for the dream vacation my husband wanted to build for Valentine's/Family Day 2020. The site was easy to navigate and it was so refreshing to see all the room options at once rather than seeing what you know is the lowest tier room and you're looking for higher. What a treat to have them monitor the price for you, and allow you to tell them what you're looking for. But the service that blew my mind was when Danielle emailed me the next day to let me know she would keep an eye on my trip and wanted to know how she could help me find my dream trip. What?! Who does that in this day and age? Plus the prices were the exact same as on every other site I matched them against. After a week of me questioning her to death, I was ready to book. Who wouldn't, when they have a price guarantee service? Should the price go down up until 60 days before my trip they will honour it. Sure I have to keep an eye on it myself but come on...it's potential money back!! I booked what I wanted over the phone and was offered great upgrade options that suited me! I appreciated that there was no attempt to talk me into anything that I wasn't comfortable with. So now my vacation is booked. My husband is ecstatic with it and Danielle was such a pleasure to work with. You're cheating yourself out of the trip You want if you don't use Tripcentral. I will never book a trip on my own again. While researching a vacation to Mexico, I added a potential resort to my portfolio to watch. Shortly after that I got an email from Wendy asking if there was anything she could help with. I normally relied on others to book vacations. So I had no idea what I was doing. I had booked vacations two other times. The first vacation was great. The second was possibly the worst vacation I've ever been on. I obviously was lucky on the first pick and had no idea what I was doing. I let Wendy know about my experience so far and she was amazing. She found out what I was looking for. Why the first vacation was great and the second was horrible. Other travel agents had attempted to help me recently but their suggestions seemed about as random as my attempts to pick something on my own. Wendy on the other hand quickly narrowed down what made resorts different. I quickly felt comfortable with the resorts she was suggesting. She gave me three different choices. Not so many I had a hard time to pick but enough I had some variety. I selected a vacation and since booking it, I've been reading more and more about vacations in Mexico. Previous suggestions would always make me second guess if it was a good suggestion but all the suggestions Wendy made still seem like good selections. I have no regrets booking with her. Best of all, she suggested something I would like and not something which she would like. So even though my tastes differ from Wendy's, I still think she found a great resort for me.

I dont know what it'll take for trip central to rehire those that were laid off! I've been trying to get a question answered for 2 months now. I'll most likely be canceling my trip because of lack of response from the agents. I've emailed (and was pretty much told they are too busy so call the main line), I call the main line and talk with two people on two separate occasions. First person never got back to me. The second person, tried to call me back but I was working so I emailed her back 3 times and tried to call.... no reply. Unbelievable. I get they're busy but why don't their bosses realize this and hire more staff?

So far, so good! We just booked yesterday for a trip to the Middle East and Europe. It is considered an "open jaw" ticket because we fly to multiple destinations. We were quoted $3200 per person by a travel agent. We found it on tripcentral.ca for less than $1700. I love that tripcentral is Canadian so all funds are CAD. If you need to speak to a human (which I did) they are all located in Canada! Great to support a Canadian company. Their website is excellent - extremely user-friendly and intuitive. I made a slight error when entering our names on the ticketing portion of the site and someone called me within minutes of processing the booking to clarify and correct the mistake for me. Really great service and I will definitely use them again! I hope the trip goes half as smoothly as the booking process!
