Company does not honour customers loyalty. On the third year of renewal they lost an insurance company so is making my kids pay deposit again which is over $500 to continue on as a new customer. Again this is year three, ticket and accident free. What’s the use of a broker that does this to people especially here where most don’t have that kind of extra money. Lots of criminal stuff happening around Cape Breton, very disappointed!
