I've never had a real problem getting thru, if busy the message says "on the phone". Small agency but Pearl is very helpful in finding a car and way cheaper than getting one from the airport. Edit, I again rented a little suv this past Aug, Pearl was again great and even allowed me to drop off at the airport with no charge...just awesome!
