Good service and helpful agent. Do to that my stepfather had fallen severely ill and couldn't travel Winnie was able to get most of my parents travel cost with only losing $600 from a $2600 amount, and this was without travel insurance! When you are in your 70-80's buying travel insurance is pointless because it's so expensive and makes no sense to purchase so again Winnie thank you for your help with Cathay Airlines in getting my parents most of their money back! :-) If you are traveling to Asia I would highly recommend these guys for rates.

We booked a flight to Phils but one of the connecting flights were delayed so we have to reschedule the booking to this agency since we unfortunately had booked it thru them. Due to bad weather, Ottawa toronto flight got delayed. Had called the airlines and told us to go to the TA since we booked thru them. With multiple exchanges of calls from airlines and TA, there wasn’t a solution but to reschedule to a later day which was understandable but what I dont approved is hearing from one TA (Jocelyn) telling us that “If there will be future changes, i will have to charge you for every future changes” I asked clearly what if it was a weather change or delayed, she told us to refer to the airline instead for the changes because she couldnt afford to focus on one client the whole day so she needs to charge us in the future for future changes” WOWwww what kind of customer service is this? ridiculous! if I were you, avoid this travel agency at all cost! better book directly thru the airlines! take note the charges for voluntary change is $250 cad plus flight difference which going to cost between (1.5-1.8k) Good luck! Poor customer service and TAs pretty rude!

Nightmare during Covid 19. Non responsive never ask for Winnie if you will travel during pandemic. Not being helpful. When you gave a bad comment which is true to her she YAK back , and in conclusion you had to contact airline yourself for a refund Unprofessional. ASKED money for chaging a ghost flight as service fee. I called

Excellent service here. After the Covid-19 vaccines, we made a decision on a trip to California. We got a good deal on a ticket on the exact dates we specified. They provided us the details on the travel requirements.
