We had a group of 9 (7 adults and 2 young children) go on the private tour July 1st. We had Chris and Taylor as our tour guides. Even with all the holiday crowds (Canada Day and the USA Independence Day) and road closures for the Canada Day parade they were able to complete the sightseeing tour and get us to the major attractions. With the VIP entrances we had almost no wait times for the Journey Behind the Falls, the Hornblower Cruise and the ride up the Skylon Tower. Chris and Taylor did a great job narrating the tour. If you want to see the most that you can without all the hassle-it's the only way to go!

I would highly recommend this tour and nick the tour guide. You can perhaps see these by yourself. But the guide provides a lot of insight and recommendations. They also take you every where and get you in without any hassle. Very comfortable van. Good service.

We had an amazing experience on our tour. Our tour guide Sean was the best! He was extremely knowledgeable, very personable, he engaged our small group of 4 adults and 2 kids, and he knew the ins and outs of Niagara. The tour itself was fantastic. We loved getting up close to the falls and thus getting soaked on the Hornblower Cruise and the observation deck behind the falls was awesome as well! Being on this tour was also extremely beneficial because we didn’t have to wait in the forever long lines! Worth the cost! This tour was amazing and fit everything and more into a half a day. Our tour guide Joe (Joaquin) was so knowledgeable, he made the tour the perfect combination of learning and fun. I thought it was even a testament to Joe that other tour guides and vendors were excited to see him. The helicopter wasn’t as noisy as we thought it might be and out the cherry on top of a wonderful visit to Niagra. Highly recommend! Go on and book the tour.

We did the helicopter ride, Hornblower boat ride, Journey Behind the Falls, and Skylon Tower with lunch and free return passes... let me just say this tour was PERFECT and gave me every possible angle and view of the falls. I’m sorry, but when I pay over $100 for a tour, I expect a professional guide. Guy was personable and sweet, but he was essentially a chauffeur. He took us to the destinations offering the barest of facts and dropped us off. We were on our own to learn anything (at the Skylon Tower he advised us to read the plaques for information). When we asked him questions, he showed that his knowledge was very limited. At each stop he gave us more time than needed. When we went to the appointed pick-up spot, he wasn’t there. So we hung out another 10-15 minutes until he arrived. This happened at every single stop! The company advertised a 4 hour tour. From start to finish this was 3 ¼ and that’s including the 30-40 minutes of hanging out in parking lots waiting for him. It turns out he was running another tour at the same time. Where did the time go? As advertised, the “Ultimate” tour should also include the Origin of The Falls / Powerplants (we didn’t do that) Whirlpool Rapids Observation Deck [10 min] (drive by) Floral Clock [15 min] (drive by). I suggest using a cheap bus tour to handle procuring tickets and negotiating lines (only line is at the boat ride). The guide on the bus will be informative and you will get what was advertised.

We booked our tour at the last minute hoping to salvage some of our day. When Sean arrived at our hotel for pick up, he shook our hands and welcomed us aboard a comfortable Chrysler Pacifica. We felt right at home with him. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and funny. He answered all of my teacher-mind questions. Nothing was too silly to answer. We went to the Skylon Tower, Journey behind the falls, Hornblower boat ride, floral clock, the whirlpool, and the driving tour through Dufferin islands. He recommended a great pizza place too! It was our first time visiting Niagara Falls, and we are so happy we booked with See Sight Tours. Our guide Kelb was very knowledgeable and attentive to my older mother and father in law who struggle with walking. The tour length of 4 hours was perfect, and at the end Kelb gave us some great recommendations to further enjoy Niagara. Highly recommend using See Sight Tours if it’s your first time to the falls.

The lady and I booked a night tour of the Falls through Viator. Our tour guide, Brandon, was exceptional. You can tell he really knows his stuff and that he enjoys his job. Felt like he was totally honest about every aspect of the tour and Niagara Falls. Taking the Hornblower at night is an absolute must, especially if there are fireworks. A dinner at Table Rock House was a part of the tour package. Although it's of no fault to See Sight, the dinner service was average and we even found a hair in one of the desserts. The highlight of the tour was lighting up the Falls and learning about the history behind it. Overall, thank you See Sight for an exceptional experience.

Best tour ever. Me and my wife really enjoyed this tour a lot. Our tour guide was the best in the business, he really knows his stuff, and he gave us some tips on things to do here in Canada since this was our first time. Everything was amazing and I am pretty sure me and my wife wouldn't know what to do here and we would have missed out on a lot of things if we chose to do this on our own, so it was definitely worth doing this. We booked this tour through trip advisor after looking at the positive reviews. It was worth every penny. We needed to confirm before we got there. We got a call from our tour guy the day of the tour which he picked us up from the hotel. Chris, our guide, was wonderful very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. We were a small group of 6 which made very personalized. Chris made our experience very pleasant and enjoyable. He gave us good tips on what else to do on our trip. Best Kept Secret in Niagara!! I booked our tour through Orbitz but the one I chose wasn't indicated as n/a. See Sight contacted me and we negotiated an alternative. I can not say enough about how fabulous this experience was! Prompt, friendly, informative, fun, convenient....I could go on and on. Carwyn was our guide and he was a fount of information regarding Niagara Falls and the area. He had so many interesting tidbits to share! He was engaging, funny, informative and it was like going on a car ride with a good friend! I was so disappointed that I couldn't give him a bigger tip than I did but I didn't have cash on me :( The best example of the information that I can give is that when we went to dinner that night at The Keg, our server, who was a native Niagaran, was impressed with the knowledge of the area we had absorbed. I even was able to share with her a tidbit regarding the lighting of the falls that she was unaware of! I would book another tour with See Sight in a heartbeat and, trust me, I will be sharing this with anyone who expresses (or maybe doesn't express) an interest in Niagara Falls and what is available!! AWESOME JOB!

Leider aber merkt man Ihre Routine, d.h. alles wirkt eingeübt und ein wenig zu schnell runter gespult, was es Nichtmuttersprachlern auch schwer macht, ihr überhaupt folgen zu können. Die Tour an sich ist toll, wir hatten allerdings auch 25'C und Sonne. Die Fahrt mit der Hornblower wird mir unvergesslich bleiben. In der Nachsaison war das Schiff aber auch nicht übervoll. Alles in allem ein super schöner Nachmittag.

We had a great experience touring the falls today, our tour guide Kaitlyn was very attentive and had a great attitude showing us the great things to see at the falls. The tour was reasonably priced and did not disappoint at any stop, for the most part there were basically no lines to wait in, the only exception was the helicopter ride. Apparently weather had pushed other tours to the same time frame as us and we had about a 45 min wait, no big deal. If we do more tours we will gladly return to Seesight again and would happily recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Kaitlyn was our guide. She was great. Doing the sight seeing through a tour is much better than trying to get to every place on your own. The tour guides have more information too! Would reccomend runners instead of sandals for walking. They give you ponchos for the misty areas. No worries about the clothing.

No way would I recommend this company as it was the worst customer experience I've had from a service company. At both Marriotts, they have tour options from a reputable company anyone can attend, you don't have to stay at the hotel. To put this in perspective, the guides are college kids who are simply regurgitating wikipedia. If that's all you want, save yourself some money and read the site. Also, the tour is very expensive, ours was close to $500, so i was expecting the service to match, it wasn't close. Finally, in addition to what happened below, we were almost hit on two separate occasions an oncoming car! The guides drop you off and you have no way of communicating with them. Our guide was supposed to meet us at a certain time after an activity and was an hour late! The kids were cold and hungry and my daughters started crying as it was also getting dark. We had no idea where our guide was and it wasn't the traffic as taxis were moving freely. I had to eventually put my family in a cab and wait for the fool as my wife and kids had left their stuff in the car. NO WAY WOULD I BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY AND SUBJECT MY WIFE AND KIDS TO THE RISK AND POOR SERVICE!!!

I can't say enough about Viator and our amazingly entertaining tour guide, John! This was a delightful small-group experience that accommodated EVERYONE on the tour and provided doorstep-to-doorstep service! The pacing of the itinerary was perfect and allowed for plenty of time at each stop. Our tour guide was keenly familiar with the ins and outs of the area, including when to arrive at each location so that the lines were minimized (it was magical!). Our guide personalized his interaction with us, was extraordinarily personable and made everyone comfortable and everything convenient! My 72-year old mother said that she would continue traveling if tours could be like this one. This was worth every penny -- we were very impressed and hope this is a new trend in tours!

So much better than a bus Chris and John made everything work well for two groups that were very diverse in age and interests. We had plenty of time at each stop without being rushed or waiting around needlessly. A few tips here and there helped us (lower right side of hornblower for maximum refreshment on a hot day ????) and personal service so we could all pick a place to eat that fit our desires. Great tour of Niagara and the falls. They took care of everything from the moment they picked us up. The helicopter was amazing, the pilot was smooth and made sure he banked in all directions around the falls so everyone got great views and pictures. Skylon Tower offered an awesome view as we ate a great meal. Our steaks were cooked to perfection. The boat was great, a must do as we got very close to the falls. A person cannot fathom their power until you get right next to them. Staff at all venues were polite, courteous and our guide was top notch. If you have the money do the trip. It is everything you could do at the falls wrapped into one trip.

My daughter had ankle surgery 3 weeks ago and is in a wheel chair. I looked into a bunch of different destinations before deciding Niagra was our best bet. We did the full tour with helicopter and boat ride and everyone was absolutely amazing every step of the way. Best spent money on our recent trip to Niagara. We waited in no lines, had a personalized tour without worrying about driving, getting lost or paying for parking. We also did not have to walk far as we were dropped off by Robbie our guide who was nice, knowledgeable and such a pleasure. Vehicles were , new, clean and spacious for the four of us and two other guests on the tour. It was a small group and very personable. Would highly recommend for anyone else to take.

We booked a tour to see the best sights of Niagara Falls. The package included a drive through town to see several locations, including the Skylon tower, tour behind Niagara Falls and a ride on the Hornblower, just to say a few. Our giude, Mariela, was prompt, courteous and also very knowledgeable about local history of the region. She was accommodating with our little ones (age 8 and 3), made sure we had a little extra ‘Starbucks’ time, and provided us with other good ideas of where to visit while we are in the area. She even had a plethora of ‘Fun Facts’ and trivia for us to enjoy during our rides. We definitely recommend this company for an all-in-one escapade around Niagara Falls!

Emailed company about problem and still haven't received a response. The first issue is that on the website we were told we would be picked up at our location. I gave the company our address and received a reply saying it was out their pick up zone. I was then given an address of a hotel, which was literally down the block. So I'm not sure how we are out of the zone if it was literally down the block. Secondly, the hours of the tour was supposed to be from 9-2 since it was stated it would be 5 hours in total. Our tour finished at 1, which means we weren't given the full tour. Next, on the website it states we would enjoy on our tour: the Montreal observatory wheel, the Notre dam basilica, old Montreal, st. Joseph's oratory, st Lawrence river cruise, observatorie place villa Marie, and the Olympic park. In the 4 hours of the tour we were given, we only went to 4 of the 7 places listed. We never went to the Montreal observatory wheel, the Notre Dam Basilica, or the Olympic Park. Our tour guide had told us after pick-up that we couldn't go to the Olympic park due to it being closed so instead she'll bring us to a different observatory deck (on top of the St. Joseph's one we attended). We were never brought to any. At the end of the tour, our tour guide asked my group if we could find our own way home because our tour was over and she parked 12 minutes away. I explained to her that we are not from the area and we had no idea where we were. In the end, we just said that we'd find lunch in town and get an uber then. To have our tour guide ask us to find our own way back is ridiculous, especially since we paid for pick-up and drop-off. She never mentioned that we wouldn't be seeing the Notre Dam or the Observatory wheel which were both places that we really wanted to attend and go to. We were only in Montreal for 2 days and we are very dissatisfied and disappointed in this tour. We felt that for the price $450+, we should've been given an actual tour.

Because of choosing See Sight Tours, we were able to see the falls, the surrounding area, get history of the area, take the boat trip and go up the sky tower all without the stress of finding parking, no waiting in lines and we didn’t have to walk all over Gods half acre: only His 1/4 acre. :) Was worth every penny, and when we return we will use See Sight Tours again.

Kaleb was our wonderful guide - he quickly maneuvered us from above the falls, to the falls, behind the falls, another above the falls point at Skylon tower, the Hornblower Cruise for up close and right up to the falls and then a scenic route to the whirlpool and botanical clock! My wife setup the trip with SeeSight online. Didnt really do much review research. It was awesome! What a great experience. We stayed further away so our meeting spot was IMax Theater parking lot. We were so pleased to have a small group, 1 other family (from Germany) of 5. They were very nice and quickly became friends. Our driver, Elijah is great. He is very friendly, and very knowledgable. I asked lots of questions and he had great answers for everything. He drove us around explaining the area and sights. He took us to dinner (Table Rock House) but spent time out back talking about the falls. Dinner is amazing. Bread, salad, meal and dessert. We also had a great view of the falls by design of SeeSight. Elijah took us down to the Hornblower and took the time to clearly explain what we needed to do. After the night boat ride and fireworks show we were taken to a very special surprise (changing of the falls lights) that you'll only get like this with SeeSight. It was super cool, and so was Gene. This made our trip and was well worth the cost. I like Mathew, but I highly recommend Elijah as your guide. He make you feel welcomed and valued.

We had a WONDERFUL time! We did the Day and Night Combo Tour of Niagara Falls and our guide was Joaquin. The group was very small, a total of 5 people in the group (not including the guide). Joaquin, our guide, did a great job of explaining the sites, not rushing us, and letting us enjoy ourselves. We spent a good part of the day with him and he was very personable, never intrusive, and always with an upbeat personality. I highly recommend booking directly with the company through their site as it is probably cheaper than going through another site (Travelocity, Viator, etc.).
