You may have noticed that it reaches an reviews average is quite high, and it is founded on a high number of reviews, so we may conclude that the evaluation is quite credible. If many people have bothered to leave their feddback when they've done well, is that it works.
You know that we do not usually stop to give feddbacks when they are positive and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or issue...

Not bad transportation across Canada and USA
Small bus station. It closes at 10 pm
The bus was overbooked but apart from that the service is fantastic. They even have an in-bus washroom for emergency purposes. We travelled from Toronto to Niagara in the bus and the journey was a breeze. Picked us up on time and dropped us off on time.
A little small but it's clean, seems unorganized but staff is kind. Restrooms need updating but it was clean and we'll functional. They need more outlets to change your phone.
Friendly staff. Very small waiting room but comfortable.
They have problems to respect schedules
A disappointment for travellers with disabilities. No door openers on entrance or exit doors, no Door openers on bathroom doors, bathroom stalls were dirty. An unpleasant welcome to a major tourist city.
Didn't board the bus till probably 10-15 minutes after the schedules departure. Arrived 45 minutes later than expected. I would not bother arriving 1 hour before departure otherwise you'll just be waiting for no reason.
My bus from Toronto to Niagara falls was late. If you buy a ticket here directly they cost $30 (i gussest to buy them on internet before). Lots of people asking for money.
It's not cheap to travel with them
Nearly every day greyhound over sells its seats in Niagra. Today 9 people I think going to Pearson International from Niagara Falls were not allowed on the bus!! No refund as it is just a bus stop not a greyhound office. The got some taxis but a pile more money spent. Canada Coach and Mega also use this office and their busses look much newer. Staff were very nice, apologetic but could only give out greyhound #. They also said that greyhounds were very often late because as the dumped the less profitable routes in Canada, these busses come from Buffalo and generally are late crossing the border. That said: as a lucky one who made the bus, trip was pretty good although driver was very annoyed with some part of all this.
Always late. They say its a refindable ticket but you have to file so much paperwork to get a refund. My PR application to Canada had less paperwork than what these guys asked for. I gave up ultimately.. they still have my 120 dollars with them
Small but nice
The Greyhound bus was overbooked on Tuesday, April 3, 2018, for about 5PM bus at Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada. The bus driver told three people, who were German tourists to leave the bus and they refused because they did not want to wait until 11:00 PM hours. The driver threatened them with the police and refuse to drive until they leave. After some time, a female staff came and offered a taxi ride for three passengers from Niagara Falls, ON to Toronto. Some people volunteered to leave the bus and take paid taxi, instead. After that the drive drove yo Toronto. The bus was late initially from New York City to Buffalo, NY, USA, about thirty minutes. Then, the bus driver waited for a passenger on USA-Canada border about thirty more minutes. The passenger was held by Canadian Border Security for suspicious of drug trafficking. The male passenger was stripsearched by Canadian Border Security. Why should 26 passenger waited inside the bus, with crying baby, on the border, for a passenger, who was a suspect of drug trafficking? Should not a driver leave that passenger on the border, instead? Let that passenger take the next Greyhound bus if he like to transport drugs through the border! We should not held like hostages on the bus because one passenger !
Classical Greyhound stop.
Excellent
Cool
Spacious and comfortable place
A long trip but the overall experience was great
Just good local small bus stop, fairly clean, just what you would expect
(Translated) A little military welcome sometimes from the permanent staff but the drivers on the whole very friendly and welcoming.
This Greyhound bus station is clean, safe and the staff on-site is both friendly and helpful.
It's a tiny shack-like building with nothing much other than a snack machine and a rather mundane staff at the counter. One star for seating area and another for a roof to keep you dry.
Service is terrible, always delay, doesnt explain why.... etc
Pleasant journey.
Friendly staff and prompt service.
Never on time.
(Translated) Everything went great, no queue until the bus was waiting in the sun. Bus relatively full. No WLAN. Still - absolutely ok for the price. Bus doch relativ voll. Kein WLAN. Dennoch - für den Preis absolut ok.

Late and surbooking
Good service.. But need to mantain time
Don't buy tickets at bus station, because the schedule can be completely different from what you saw on website or in application. Tickets not refundable, customer service can't solve the problems, only follow answer scripts as robots.
Too small of a "terminal" for the amount of tourists expected to visit Niagara Falls.
We had a nice bus, and it was non-stop to Toronto
This place is big enough to hold 15 people and it is in a remote location that happens to be pretty much desolate, like being in an old demolished neighborhood. The bus drivers all seem to have a very bad disposition, and terrible attitudes. If I had known earlier, I would have caught the NFTA bus and simply walked across the bridge to Canada and back. I recommend if you can get wherever you're going by any means other than Greyhound , then you should do it
(Translated) small. Clean to greyhound station It's a bit far from Niagara, so you'll have to use car service. (Original)
Service was ok , prices were not expensive but not cheap either
Small Terminal , and location out of the Tourist area based on approximity to the old rail lines , with conection to the Big cities in North America and Canada , having said that this place needs alot TLC and upgrade , but since there is no other options for the traveling public , their seems to be no rush in near future .
Very rude staff, seems annoyed by questions.
The facility is poorly taken care off
Good service
I had a ticket on a greyhound from Niagara falls to Ottawa they screwed up the first leg by overselling it,they then said another will come within 20 min,but 2 hours later said it went to bufflow instead,so finally a bus came but it was to late to make a connection in Toronto so they said we would get the 330 to Ottawa, but oh my got there and that bus was full. finaly they us on another bus and we arrived at Ottawa 5 hours late.the driver at Niagara was very igernot to all of us and they never tried to give any info what was going on I feel greyhound should do something about this terrible service rick from halifax
Unrelaiable and unprofessional! Poorest customer service ever!!
(Translated) Small bus terminal in Niagara falls next to a train station. There is an urban bus stop that takes you downtown and to the falls. It has basic services, ATMs, ticket sales booth, etc.
You should be aware that time keeping is not a priority and they don't let stations know when they are delayed. Our bus was almost an hour late...traffic! (Sure that happens most days...)
It is like any other bus depot
It was a disappointing experience at Niágara falls terminal , there were great delays and they never gave us information. They treated us like second-class citizens. Very bad. It does not happen again because I will not use its services again.
Great service.
Got me from point A to B. Nothing special some drivers can be rude .
Our driver was very friendly and accommodating for my friend who had a larger wheelchair that wouldn't fit at the back
Friendly helpful and courteous driver on the 11am bus today from Toronto to Niagara Falls
We weren't allowed to use the bathroom here at 10:28, even though the building didn't close until 10:30. We knocked on the door and a woman came to the door and refused to let us in to use the bathroom despite us being on time and spending a lot of money to arrive at this bus station on time. She actually refused to let us use the bathroom while the building was still officially open.
Average
Very basic bus terminal, service is ok.
Great catch the go bus to go to see my girl
Great service
(Translated) Catastrophic. We booked this bus months ago (in February). After a few weeks we received a notification informing us that our bus was simply canceled without telling us any way to take another one. We have completed the claim form several times and have tried to contact them many times without receiving any response. We were not able to take the bus, but we were not refunded and to date we have no return. (Original) Catastrophique.
The service provided here is on expected level.
Nice and clean Station
They close the station at 10:25 pm, and there are buses that arrive after that, I had to wait in the cold outside for my bus, it was winter and the temperature was really cold. Staff was nice, and they let me know with anticipation that they'll close the station early. Small station and kinda lonely.
I’ve had many issues with greyhound, late arrivals and poor customer service, this location was different with friendly staff, the drivers of the buses differ like life you get some good and some bad but I didn’t have any issues at this terminal unlike Toronto, all in all not a bad location
Needs improvement, support from city counsel its a travelers stop over it represents your city. Should be part of a revitalization plan links with via rail, go transit.
Horrible expérience !!! Bad experience !!! They sell more tickets than they have places in the bus. Dont go there, megabus the competitor seems to be more reliable. If you dont want to wait hours to go back to Toronto chose a serious company. Worst experience during our holiday in Canada...
(Translated) Bus a little old. But the trip was smooth. Only on the way back I didn't like it because we had to wait outside the station because it was closed, I couldn't even use the towel, it was very cold and we were out in the open. I think the station should only close after the last bus has left.
Good service and smooth traveling
There's a lot of seating and convenience stores for quick snacks or beverages while waiting for your bus. The bus stops are outdoors, but are covered. The location is close to Dundas station making it quick to get to.
Old busses, facilities broked, late and unpolite people.
(Translated) It is a very cheap option to travel by bus in Canada. I love it because it is very practical, there is no need to print the ticket because you get a code by mail and that is scanned by the driver to let you upload. What you should consider is punctuality, literally the truck starts at the set time and if you are not then you have already lost your truck and there is no refund.
It's a bus station. Friendly staff, but disgusting bathrooms and in a sketchy neighborhood. I'm from Cleveland, so for ME to call a neighborhood sketchy, that's saying something. Wish it was closer to restaurants.
Public facilities were good like washroom, wending machine, etc. The guy responded rudely as he didn't want to answer at all.
Very good service
The busterminal was clean and heated. From there I had a good uber-connection to get arround Niagara Falls.
Worst service
Fxxk you greyhound I waited for the oversell bus for 333333 hourrrrrrrrrs Greyhound SUCKS
A lil confusing with works going on as to google will navigate you in circles
It's OK
(Translated) Highly recommended to travel on this line, easy access from the Internet (Original) Muy recomendable viajar en esta línea, fácil acceso desde Internet
Trip via mega bus are almost evsry hour.
Almost always late buses. .
The bus from Abbotsford to Vancouver broke down in the middle of the highway, had to stop for an hour and wait for a new bus but it was all good. kt was on OK trip.
Their credit card machine wasn’t working! Their vending machine even wasn't working! The guy who was working there was so rude! Only the driver on the bus was professional! Highly disappointed with the service.
Ok service
Comfortable experience with Grahound bus services. A ledy at the help desk is very kind and helpfull natured. I asked for niagara to Ottawa route and she helped me with the best route which she can give in a cheaper Rate and Shorter time. It took 20 minutes for that discussion but then also she help me without any irritation. I really appreciate the effort which she made for me.
Our bus broke down twice although we weren't on the first time it broke down this was an act of carelessness!!! The rescue bus took too long to pick us up plus the rescue bus bathroom really wreaked they should have air fresheners and the bus should be taken for repairs the FIRST TIME it breaks down!! INCOMPETENT
Nice bus.. long trip.. good one to enjoy times.. loved it..
Nice greyhound station. Good seating.
Dirty and messy. Normal bus station.
Good
no wifi
Love a Greyhound
I needed a bus at 9am. I booked. Then realised the timing said 9pm. Nope. And this was the ONLY time they had available. Non-refundable, of course.
So easy to find buses, thank you!
Delayed .. we had to stand outside for bus in freezing cold for more than 1hour.. not proper management..
Be nice to passengers because we pay for it. I was in the bus GLC5578 from Niagara to Toronto the bus was an hour late and then later on when asked the driver about the wifi in the bus he gives me a rude, inappropriate and disgusting answer.
Was only dropped off in front
Only thing I have a problem with is the wifi connection on the buses especially when I'm going to Niagara Falls.
Awesome.
Nothing out of the ordinary...
Some of the staff were less than helpful.
Fast service and good price
Easy to find and good location. Staff treated us like we were dumb because he couldn't understand us. But the bus driver was super super nice!
I called at their office for some inquiries. The person who answered the phone was completely rude and did not answer anything. As a matter of fact, she hung up without answering anything. Its ridiculous.
Good well equipped bus station. Seating not available.
Comfortable ride. Wasnt too impressed we were told we would have Wi-Fi, and didn't either direction...
It's a Greyhound station. Basic, but has everything you need (washroom, water fountain, vending machine).
Niagara Falls 4555 Erie Ave, ON L2E7G9 departure and arrival times, may change due to various factors including weather, traffic and road conditions. May confirm.
Very small shelter, not much place to sit. They got four stars due to the efficient service and timely departure from the Niagara falls terminal.
No wifi as advertised. If it is charged as a premium, it should work properly. Over an hour and a half delay on the return form Niagara to Toronto. No option to reserve seats
Typical bus station.
Awesome bus driver very helpful
Good bus stop
Place gets a bit crampy during the winter due to the cold weather, overall it's decent, has washrooms, seating, vending machines, water station. They manually announce the buses arrival. There are no notice boards which tell which buses arrive or depart. They service Greyhound, Coach canada, Megabus, Go buses. Has some Inns across the street. My Greyhound experience was not so great from Buffalo to Niagara but the driver from Niagara to Toronto turned my experience a bit around. She ended up being very accommodating in the end... i guess you get what you pay for right $27 cannot expect first class service.. but BUYERS BEWARE, Greyhound oversells tickets and makes you wait for other buses if the bus gets full, which is not cool.
Lousy service
The last couple of times I have been there. Was made wait many hours past bording time. They have a gentleman working those days that was rather rude to people. They offered nothing I return for everyone inconvenienced. Especially the disabled or people with children. The washroom was very unclean. Unfortunately it is the only Greyhound station in niagara falls:(
Wonderful coaches with WiFi. . Comfortable journey
Greyhound buses - are they ever on time?
Buses are so late and wait time has increased from last time as well.
Terminal is real dirty.smells like piss. Needs an upgrade.
A decently well maintained place for what it is.
Greyhound bus from toronto to canada was overbooked and we lost our seat to return back. I thought booking meant, we are guranteed a seat?
(Translated) Really not top! Practice of overbooking suddenly there is not enough room in the buses compared to the number of passengers ... Pretty crazy .. Assez dingue..
We purchased tickets yesterday and we should depart at 3.15 pm but after the bus arrived we were told the bus was full we have to wait until next bus. So why you sold so much tickets? You don't know how to count numbers????? My 74 years old grandmother had to wait here with me in this hot summer afternoon! I would not take greyhound anymore.
First experience was bad.was told to be there one hr.earlier,it was too windy with temperatures around 5 and had to wait for almost two hrs before the bus came. Still wonder why so much of delay.......
Nice and good location
Faster then taking GO transit but more expensive
Wonderful experience.Driver was very friendly, knowledgeable.
The buses ran a bit late each time I used their services but would opt for again because of easy booking and convenience.
Good journey and on time
(Translated) It started from Toronto, when the bus was full it started 15 minutes earlier. The trip took 1 1/4 hours and was good. The bus station is remote and we took 30 minutes to the Rainbow Bridge. On the way back the bus was quickly full and we left earlier. Unfortunately my seat was not in order, the backrest (broken) was at half past eight, so sitting was exhausting. The bus driver just shrugged. The bus was full and there were more broken seats.
Busses could use an upgrade. It is very outdated and feels like a greyhound from 10 years ago with nothing changed. The prices are above its calling price worth, and doesnt service anything in particular. I cannot give greyhound a 4 or a 5 star without additional services that can boost it higher. Either that or lower the costs and make it more affordable for commuters.
Small space, quiet, has vending machines and outlets to charge your electronics. Bus right outside that pass by the hotels.
Travel by bus across Canada at least once!
Very disorganized transportation system, some people couldn’t fit, so they have to wait the next bus available, they were stock 1:30 hours
Basic. Just the basics
The bus was too late.
Just don´t.
We had good trip
Like a champ.
Not bad
Unreliable . They had to call cabs to honour commitment of travel. Bus was full
Excellent
Terrible experience with the service. So we booked a bus to niagara falls on Friday to leave at 9am. The line up on friday was huge so they required 2 buses. The first bus came just a few minutes late but thats not a problem. However, we had to wait for about 25mins for the 2nd bus to arrive (9:30). Also, Its said on the ticker that the bus only took 1hr 30min to get to niagara falls but we only got there until 11:20am (as opposed to 10:30am as advertised on the ticket). Not only that, the worst part is the returning trip, our comeback trip was scheduled to leave at 3:15pm, this time the bus only came in at 4pm. This is my 1st time using greyhound so I dont know if I will ever try them again, atleast I will not advise anyone us them for the niagara falls trip.
Staff there were so nice and helpful
It was very big when you go inside but, it is relaxing when you sit down.
Travel well
Good and convenience for all bus
Service was very awful. Bus was 1 hour late, and all passengers were waiting under the sun, for 2 hours.
Good
dirty ass place
(Translated) Reserved for Italy from Toronto to Niagara Falls. Excellent organization Bus very comfortable, quiet and pultito (Original) Riservato 6.posti dall’Italia per tratta Toronto-Cascate del Niagara. Ottima organizzazione Bus molto comodo, silenzioso e pultito
Bus station
don't take this bus sucks not recommended
Bus was 30 minutes late to begin with. Got stopped at the border for an hour... missed our flights. If you need to be somewhere ON TIME don’t use this company.
Clean place
Buses are always late
If you're staying in Toronto, I wouldn't recommend taking a greyhound to visit Niagara falls and back, especially not the last bus of the day (the 11:15 PM bus). First, the bus was an hour late. Second, even though we had reservations from Niagara to Toronto, greyhound overbooked the last bus of the day and left at least 10 people (with reservations!!) stranded at the station late at night with no backup bus to follow. I believe the last bus of the day has several stops before it, and the driver advised us that it is always late, and often full by the time it reaches Niagara Falls. The bus driver called us a taxi, but we had multiple taxis refuse to drive us back to Toronto because of the distance, which I can understand. Finally one taxi took some of the remaining passengers back to Toronto, but we didn't get back until 3 AM. This is a common issue, as you can see in the other comments. I wish I read the reviews beforehand. Avoid the headache, find another company with more reliable service. If you are left in the same situation, get the bus driver to call you a taxi and bill it to greyhound!
Greyhound gets an L
Still waiting for a refund after more than 6 months!!!!
Worst customer service ever. Rude call centre representative. My business is going to competition.
Walk-in price for ticket to Syracuse,NY cost me CAD76,really not cheap.
Very good value, on time service. Also has an airport service in Toronto.
Nice road
Good service and good value
Mississauga pick up location at applewood plaza (by Longos) is sort of funny. We couldn't find the bus stop as it was just a dark and tiny greyhound sign on a pole along the side walk. Pick up is not within the plaza parking lot. Tried to track bus schedule via website but it could not find it. So I ended up calling 3 separate reps with the 1-800 phone number and no one could find the scheduled bus. The bus did show up but was starting to get worried because we arrived an hour early (as requested by greyhound) and didnt see other customers for awhile and no one seemed to know what to do. So, we weren't the only ones confused. Anyway, minus a little scare from reps not being able to find existing information on our current bus, it was easy enough to print the boarding pass at home and reach the location. Finding where the bus actually picks you up at the location was difficult.
I booked the trip for my sister and she had the worst experience a person could imagine. They didn't even tell you that the bus is late and when you call the customer care they are like we also don't know where is the bus. I was at Niagara waiting for the bus at 10.25p. For the buffalo airport and the bus came at 11.30 pm. The station got closed at 10.30 pm and the snow storm was going on. Really pathetic service. Guys plz don't use the Greyhound bus service.
I waited for the niagara falls to toronto greyhound today, my bus was 5:50pm and they oversell! They oversell the tickets and about 30 people could not get on the bus. We waited for 3 hours till 9pm for another extra bus to come and get us. So I recommend megabus. Their buses kept on coming regularly and no one with an actual ticket had a problem getting on. Greyhound has completely lost my trust. Overselling is not right.
Took bus from New Jersey to Toronto. Bathrooms are stinky causing inconvenience to all. They change busses with lugguage at every stop. I had to change bus 3 times.Dissatisfied with the service.
(Translated) Take the bus to go to the falls. Servicio bastante desente
Bus was 1 hour late making me miss connecting train. Bus driver was nice to me personally and wouldn't load the bus until a orderly line formed which was a reasonable request. Bus offers no tracking to see status of location or how far away from station.
The air condition was not working, however the bus did get in early
Good.
Wife and I took greyhound bus from Niagara Falls Ontario to the Buffalo New York bus station on 9/18/18. Ride was good and on time. No complaints here.
My friend and I were scheduled to take a Greyhound bus at 11:15PM from Niagara Falls, Ontario to Toronto, Ontario. However, we waited until 1:45 AM, and the bus never came. At this point, the Greyhound Bus station at Niagara Falls was closed, so we did not have any information about the bus's whereabouts. We called Greyhound customer service; however, the customer service agents we talked to could not find the bus in the system. We, two women, were stranded in Niagara Falls at what was now 2 AM in the morning among a handful of strangers, which could have potentially turned into an unsafe situation. Since the bus never came, we had the choice to either stay at the empty station or to take a taxi home to Toronto, with 6 other strangers. We chose the latter. Thank goodness, it turned out to be safe. We did not arrive home until after 3 AM when we were supposed to arrive home just after 1AM with Greyhound. This taxi trip costed us $180, as the distance from Niagara Falls to Toronto is 130KM. I have called Greyhound customer service six times, and each time, I have been told that there is no information on the bus, and thus, the customer service agents cannot provide me with a resolution/refund. They called Toronto bus station, and Toronto had no idea. They called Niagara Falls bus station, and of course, they had no idea either because they were already closed by the time of our scheduled departure. I have never encountered a company with such gross incompetence and malfunctioned customer service. The onus should not be on the customer to rectify this problem. On top of that, the taxi driver who drove us home told me that he and his colleagues hang around that bus station every night because Greyhound often does this and leaves people stranded!! I am never taking Greyhound again.
Customer Support is terrible! There is no compensation for delayed or canceled trips.
Not on time much.
I was standing at the bus stop very CHILLY for 50mins. bus DELAYED for 27 minutes. I was not AMUSED
Never on time
I have been using Greyhound Canada for quite sometime being a student and living away from home. I've never been "satisfied" with the service and experienced multiple issues throughout the years. My most recent incident has pushed me to NEVER use this service again. I purchased my tickets home for the holidays from the Greyhound website days before The travel. As I was trying to bored two bus drivers told me there was no room because I didn't make a "reservation". Well apparently just because you buy a ticket from Greyhound DOES NOT guarantee you spot on the bus, especially when they send another bus like mega bus, coach Canada, etc. Well because of this I will miss my transfer buses which are only offered at certain times of the day (thanks Greyhound). I am stuck in a city I am unfamiliar with until tomorrow. To continue my nightmare the service I was provided with was absolutely terrible. The information desk and bus drivers treated me as if it was my fault for not knowing that buying a ticket doesn't actually get me on the bus. I overheard the help desk employees insulting my intelligence as I was on the phone with my parents. I am extremely upset. I know it's the holidays and it is a busy time of year. But I EVERY customer and guest should be treated with RESPECT. Never will I ever use Greyhound again. And neither will my friends or family.
(Translated) The bus station is small, the number of seats for tourists is clearly not calculated (and we were in the middle of November, not the tourist season at all), some of the seats were broken. The place is far from waterfalls, by the way. Our bus was late for about 20 minutes. 2 pieces arrived, the confusion of where to land began. The driver of our bus made a good impression - the guy was completely positive, joked with jokes - not a single dull announcement over the speakerphone, managed to deliver us on time despite the late arrival. Buses seem to be good, there is a toilet at the end of the cabin.
01/04/18 - 1250am. Sitting on our bus. Scheduled as the last bus to arrive @Niagara for 11pm, travelling to Toronto for 1250am. Bus arrives at 1230am... Subway will most likely now be closed by the time we get to Toronto. Don't know how we're getting home from there. Bus driver said it was due to weather and border patrol. At the station, We were asked to leave the seated area inside to stand between the two entrance doors because the janitor was about to mop the area.... The janitor did not begin to mop the area until about 20-25 minutes after we were asked to leave our seats and stand in the small entrance. When registering for our tickets - prior to any of this - we had to call customer service at least 3-4 times because we were not receiving the email verification. 2 hours later, after speaking with multiple associates (one which hung up on us, and the other two who told us they couldn't help us), and then the manager... We were finally able to retrieve and print out our tickets. We opted for the greyhound over the go transit to save time. But ended up wasting much more through it. Never taking greyhound again. Opt for GO. Or rent a car.
AWFUL SERVICE! Overbooked and terrible customer service. My family and I booked the Greyhound bus for a day trip from Toronto to Niagara Falls. We prebooked our tickets the day before and arrived 15 minutes early only to find that our bus was already full. We were directed to wait in the next line which was also going to Niagara Falls on route to Buffalo - as this bus bus was the only service to Buffalo priority was given to Buffalo passengers and as a result we missed out on seats again. We were told to wait for another bus which was to arrive shortly however we had to wait for another 50 mins for it to finally arrive and when it did there was no apologies given. We eventually departed Toronto 1.5 hours behind schedule (while waiting we saw several other bus services such as Mega Bus depart on time). Upon returning from Niagara Falls the bus was late arriving and we were fortunate to get the last seats on that bus, however the people in the line behind us (approx 15 people) were told to wait for the next bus which I overheard was to be approx 45 minutes wait. Save yourself the time and hassle and don't go with Greyhound!!
You guys are expensive!
I've been using Greyhound since 2001. I have never had a problem. The buses leave on time, i find they're friendly and sometimes even funny. I've always had good drivers. I always watch how they drive and I've never had a concern. Seating. I like getting the seat beside the exit. I find they're more spacious. Pricing. I've always gotten the best deals when i book atleast 7 days in advance. My only complaint is that wifi on the buses have not been reliable.
bus service was ok - but wifi could not able to connect slow speed
Couldn't get on our bus because it was overbooked. Had to wait for more than one our at a bus Terminal
Way was without problems - but read conditions carefully - ONLY PRINTED TICKETS - as a traveler on budget I had to find some office to printing them and spend for it extra money....21st century....:///
Worst service ever!! Bus scheduled to arrive at 5:50pm in Niagara Fall & head back to Toronto but it’s 7:04pm now & still do not see the bus. Was told to expect another bus to arrive at 7 but bus was so full that none of us can get on. Then we were told another bus would come at 7:45pm... No valid reason was given!!! Greyhound shows no responsibility at all!!! WE WANT TO GO HOME!!!!!!! Kids are tired & starving!!!! How could you do this?! We’ll not ride with you ever!!!!!!!!!
