A girl name Simran she very manipulative and lies a lot. And she is very sneaky with what she says to trick you. Be Careful. Do trust her and stay away from this company.

Bakir Talia was my mom’s agent. My mom booked a ticket with them, but once COVID hit, the plans obviously got cancelled. The airline provided a full refund, but what the agent didn’t tell my mom was that he had also charged her fees on behalf of the agency. So my mom got the refund from the airline but the travel agency refused to refund her their commission was about $400. These people are crooks. Don’t do business with them.
