Robyn on the other hand was incredibly knowledgeable and quick to respond to every single question I had. Very professional and quick to provide the quotes and other information I had asked for. Found us a great deal too and we never felt pressured. Carol is the best travel agent I have used and after our most recent experience with her, I will book all future vacations through her. If you purchase your vacation through selloff vacations dot com the same company owns Sunwing and they will change your itinerary from non-stop to one stop and point the finger at other arms of the same company as responsible with no resolution or compensation. Carol Taylor was an angel! My husband and I had just got married and about to leave our house for our honeymoon (flight at 6am the next morning) when the unthinkable happened (my passport had expired!) Devastated we called Sun wing to see what we could do as sell off vacation s in our area was closed. They were completely unhelpful, kept putting us on hold, hung up on is while we were on hold and tried to tell us we couldnt do anything even though i had purchased the cancelation insurance. Finally i asked to speak to the supervisor and was told i could contact any sell off vacation travel agent not just the one i booked with. Here i was put in contact with Carol and she was soo wonderful. She even offered to reschedule our honeymoon instead of having to cancel it and take a voucher. We rescheduled for a week later and had a wonderful time. I will always be grateful to her for what she did for us and how heartfelt she was to us as we were both in tears thinking we lost our honeymoon ( value of $5000 ) . Would highly recommend Carol as she saved our honeymoon and was soo sweet! Ps always get the cancelation insurance!

Booked the vacation online and when I called the next day for an additional option to pay for kitesurfing equipment they sent me to Air Transat to deal with them directly. Air Transat declined to take my kitesurfing bag even at cost so I had no choice but to cancel the whole vacation and eat up $100 deposit fee cancelation... bottom line - if you have any specific needs / requirements DO NOT BOOK ONLINE. Call and deal with everything ON THE PHONE AND PAY ONLY when all your requirements are met and included in the file.

I called to get some details regarding adding a child to a reservation. I didn't have my reservation number and the rude customer service lady told me she is sure I can find it if I look. I was unable to locate it in my email and she was very upset that she had to look it up. Once she found it she told me she couldn't find the information I needed and that I would have to use Selloffvacations for any changes as this is who we booked through. I told her I was very disappointed in her customer service and asked who I can contact to get the information I required if she was unable to provide it to me. She hung up on me! I will never use this company to book another vacation again!

Wow! Just had a great customer service experience with Vanessa (ext 6125) and would highly working with her. I had booked a trip with her about a month ago and then had to change the dates... Not only was she able to find me an upgraded room for only a few dollars more, she was able to get Westjet to waive the change fees which saved me $200! We have been very loyal customer of Selloff Vacations for many years. We have booked four times with them, 3 of these times have been within the past 9 Months. In the past they have provided a great price with very good customer service, until this booking. We were meeting friends from the US in the Mayan Riviera. We wanted to book the Grand Sunset Princess, however our friends were not able to book this resort. They were only able to book the Riviera Mayan Princess and were told that they had sharing rights with the Grand Sunset princess.. Before we finalized the booking, I asked the travel agent that was assisting us Vanessa Mohammed, very specifically if these resorts had sharing rights with one another. Vanessa Mohammed said, no, they don't. She said if we wanted to ensure that we were able to spend time with our friends, that we would have to book the same resort that they did. We booked our trip, excited that we were going to see our friends. Since then, I joined the FB group for the Grand Sunset Princess, and discovered that the two resorts most definitely have sharing rights with one another. travel agent Vanessa Mohammed provided us with false information resulting in us paying hundreds of dollars more for our vacation, as well as losing a whole day of our vacation because the difference in the flight times. Vanessa did not do any research regarding my question. In fact, she didn't even return my call after she said "she was going to look into it and get back to me" . My Son used to work at Selloff as a travel agent, and I am aware of the company policies and procedures. I am aware that your travel agents have access to a Air Canada Vacations representative that Vanessa should have contacted prior to us making the booking. I know it's company policy to call a customer back before your shift ends. We feel this is extremely cowardly and unprofessional behavior on her part. The Grand Sunset is a very popular destination for your customers, and we feel that this is most definitely something she should have known. If she was unaware, she should have made a phone call to ACV, or speak to another travel agent, or call the resort personally which is what we suggested to her. We received an email from the Customer Service Manager Maria Stewart-Docker, which I will post in a separate review. We have always received fantastic customer service with a great price with Selloff. Unfortunately, we are so appalled by the level of customer service that we have been given booking this vacation. It's unprofessional of them to stand behind their agent who very clearly did not do their research for the client. We feel she coerced us into making this booking as she will be making more commission on it, and it costs hundreds of dollars more. I must clarify that our friends travel agent DID call the resort and was advised that the resorts had sharing rights, and that's what made us look into it further. We stupidly took the advice that Vanessa Mohammed provided, and was mislead. Needless to say, will be taking our future business elsewhere. We will be telling our story to friends and family and advise everyone to never use this company again.

I called yesterday to book a resort for my family. Two adults and two children. Unfortunately, the resort we chose was booked up and Michelle Zammit helped me to choose another resort. The transaction went seemlessly and she was so informative and helpful answered all our questions. She called me back this morning to check in to see if I received her email me. At that time, she also booked our seats and told us we were in business class with access to the lounge, priority boarding and all the perks! We never knew this and was surprised and happy! If you want an amazing customer experience you need to do yourself a favor and call Giulia directly at extension 6108. The process started great, i found a hotel in Mexico for a family vacation and booked everything through Giulia. After 2 days there was an issue that based on their policies should have not been fixed and I should have been SOL, however Giulia went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that she tried everything she could to help me fix it - low and behold she pulled a rabbit out of a hat and was able to get everything resolved very quickly and exceeded my expectations. I was skeptical at first booking through Selloff Vacations, but after the incredible experience i had with Giulia they've earned my repeat business and i will be sure to get in touch with Giulia direct for our next one! What an exceptional level of service Karen K. from Sell Off Vacations at Fasken Dr location provided us - 5 stars plus plus plus!!!! My husband and I travel for pleasure at least 4 times a year and based on our past experiences with travel agents, we usually book ourselves. This time, since we had 2 other couples joining us I decided to call a number of different travel agencies in GTA, but none of them stood out as much as Karen K. from Sell Off Vacations at Fasken Dr branch. Not only Karen provided us with exceptional customer service, she was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help even after her shift was over!! By the time my group and I decided to go ahead with our booking Karen had gone home for the day. I left her a voicemail, thinking that she will call me when she is back at the office next day. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call from her that same evening, just few hours later. Karen took her time explaining our options and she was able to secure 6 seats on the same plane for all of us. She was on the phone back and forth with me for at least 2 hours and all after her shift was over!! Considering that we left our booking to the last minute (less then 2 weeks before our vacation) Karen went above and beyond. Simply outstanding! I hope she will be recognized for her hard work, dedication, commitment and exceptional customer service. Please promote and /or recognize her as she is truly a credit to your organization!! Just had a fantastic customer service experience. We had an error on our booking that would have prevented us from traveling tomorrow (very last minute catch on my part). I spoke with someone named Marsha and she immediately began helping me. I have no idea how the error happened - whether it was my error or the systems, but that was never a question - Marsha just worked with the travel provider and resolved it. I was on hold for 15 minutes while she worked to resolve it. By the time she got back on with me, I was able to refresh my screen and print the corrected document. Marsha turned what could have been a very stressful situation into something that felt quite seamless to me. I wish more people in customer service did that. Thank you!
