Called simply to inquire about travel guidelines. Website shows they’re open so I called no answer. I received a return call and when I asked my question, she said “well hunny sorry it’s long weekend first of all, and 2nd we don’t deal with US” and immediate hung up. Unsure why they bothered in the first place to return call with this type of response. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Even if you can’t help during long weekend or with the customers inquiry you should be respectful, polite, and professional. Would not recommend.
