I have used Finton Travel for over 10 years, and I will keep using them because of the service. In fact my whole family uses Finton Travel. Thomas is very easy to work with and very accommodating. We have been stuck in JA over the Christmas and called Thomas and he got us back to Toronto, not on a straight flight but he got us back... he is amazing. I will continue to use him and so will the rest of my family.

This company is fraud. They take no responsibility for their mistakes. They will be sweet and nice to u first but as soon you pay them ... it's game over.... SAVE URE TIME AND MONEY... GO WITH DIFFERENT TRAVEL AGENCY .... THEY WILL NOT APPRECIATE URE BUSINESS. .. IF THEY TRULY CARED THEY WOULD LISTEN TO THEIR CUSTOMERS ISSUE INSTEAD OF RUNNING. .. AGENT SCREWING UP MY TRAVEL DATE AND I HAD TO PAY FROM MY POCKET. HOW'S THAT FAIR TO ME... MY BIGGEST MISTAKE I TRUSTED THEM..NEVER EVER AGAIN I WILL DO MY BUSINESS WITH THEM.... SO ANGRY AND DISAPPOINTED WITH FINTON TRAVELS... ONE OF THE WORST TRAVEL AGENCY IN ONTARIO ... PLEASE LISTEN UP AND TAKE URE BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE. .. THEY ARE NOT WORTH IT... For over 20 years, Finton Travel Limited prides itself on professionalism, respect and abides by all laws and regulations thereby stated in T.I.C.O. As such, we are shocked to read these reviews. We try to hold ourselves accountable where need be and pride ourselves on excellent customer service. As mentioned, the families had booked with us previously and had no issues with us until now. We understand that during such a trivial time, items may be overlooked, such as the date of travel. This is no laughing manner as we are a compassionate business that cares and remains loyal to our customers. While we tried to be as understanding as possible during this situation, we do have signed documentation showing that the clients were aware of the date for travel. As we tried to find alternate methods of travel, we always aim to be professional and understanding however we will not tolerate verbal abuse and emotional threats. We hope to put this matter behind us and hope that you do return to us for future needs. We do not wish to lose our long-time loyal customers due to one oversight. Our Condolences to you and your families, Finton Travel Limited.

My entire family has used Finton Travel for almost 20 years and have never been disappointed. Whether I was dealing with Bobby or Thomas, they were truthful when prices were high and when it was a good deal. Continually booking with them has given me piece of mind. They are quick to respond to requests and efficient with bookings.

If i could rate Finton Travel a 0 i would. My family and I have been booking with Finton Travel for years up until a week ago when we had a terrible experience. My family and I went to Finton Travel to book a flight to Jamaica for a funeral. As we were grieving the lost of a family member. We thought everything went well the travel agent was nice to us until a week later when we had a problem. The incorrect departure date was printed on the ticket. When we became aware of this and tried to reach Finton Travel for help they were no where to be found. When we called throughout the day they made up ridiculous excuses about the travel agent Bobby Chellakudam being on "break" or him stepped out for a minute. Telling us to call back in half an hour and 2 hrs. Giving us the run around and clearly trying to avoid the situation. No one tried to help us out in this situation. We tried to get a hold on bobby by email but he didn't even respond to our email. It was an urgent matter because my parents were at the airport and they were told the flight was the day before. They had to rebook a one way flight to Jamaica costing them $500 more. It was already enough stress and grief losing a loved one. Our minds were all over the place we trusted him as our travel agent to have everything done properly. When we finally got a hold of Bobby he laughed when we told him about the situation, which was extremely disrespectful,said there was nothing he could do because it wasn't his fault and hung up the phone. He didn't even try to negotiate a way to help us or had a good enough explanation. He highlighted all the important information on the ticket EXCEPT the departure date, and he didn't confirm leaving dates and arriving back dates. Finton Travel is unprofessional, unreliable, inconsiderate, and unsympathetic. I will never book flights with them again.

I just called regarding booking a flight to Trinidad, the gentleman put me on hold to get the price and when he came back on the phone he gave the price and hung up the phone!!..did not wait a half second!!..he apparently assumed that I was not able to afford it and was therefore not going to be booking the flight. His lost!!..beyond poor service.
