I've been using Al Ibrahim travel for all my travel needs for years, years back, I booked a family Umrah package with Br. Imran. It was the best Umrah experience I ever had since then I never felt the need to try another travel agent. Br. Imran is always very responsive, professional and helpful to manage all my travel related queries whether that is for air fare for a leisure travel anywhere in the world or a family get away package. Just before the pandemic I booked an Umrah package with Egypt Tour for my family; once again Br. Imran planned and arranged the best possible logistics in Makkah & Madinah and then in Egypt (Cairo, Luxor, Sherm el Sheikh). Tour guides were professional, well mannered and have extensive knowledge of Egyptian history. Overall it was definitely an unforgettable family get away.

I contacted Al-Ibrahim Travel to inquire about flights. I did so because my family had gone with Al-Ibrahim for Umrah a few years ago and they were happy with the experience, especially since they dealt with Mr. Salman at Al-Ibrahim. However, when I called, Mr. Imran picked up, and after a few minutes of discussion and listening to his smart-aleck retorts, I was not only completely put off by Al-Ibrahim Travel, but Mr. Imran’s poor customer service had far-reaching effects on my travel plans. Now, I won’t be booking anything through Al-Ibrahim even though they offer some discounts on flights. Being spoken to with respect and courtesy is more important to me than saving a few dollars. Thus, if you want to book anything through Al-Ibrahim Travel, your best bet would be to speak with Mr. Salman. In the meantime, Mr. Imran can work on his customer service skills and not talk down to customers. Update: The reply by Al-Ibrahim Travel is appreciated. Yes, the current situation has been tough and stressful for many of us, although that's no reason to be rude and vent on the customer. Still, the stress might explain why I received disappointing customer service from Al-Ibrahim although I was expecting the best from what I had heard and read. Thus, I hope things get better for travel/tour agents like Al-Ibrahim Travel and for everybody in fact, so our spirits can be uplifted and our moods brightened. I wish Al-Ibrahim all the best and please do keep courteous service your foremost priority.

This is my first time buying a ticket for Toronto to Lahore from Al-IBRAHIM travels. And I was amazed at the excellent customer service with fast response times. It took me a total of 5 minutes to book my flight and pay by credit card over the phone. Al-Ibrahim Tours gave me the least expensive flight compared to other travel agencies and also accommodated my layover plan and duration exactly as I wanted, something which i was unable to do online at the airline's website. They're really professional, courteous and polite in their dealings. I'd definitely recommend them for your flight bookings. Five star experience all the way.

Our Shaykh Musleh Khan is a well knowledgeable person who knows a great detail of the sacred places where we visited during the ziarat. It was a tough time for the last year and half so to bring our team's morale up we were looking to arrange a leisure company trip for the team. Originally we were planning to go to the Caribbean but then spoke with Mr. Imran and he convinced us to try Egypt. I must say what an awesome experience it was, we must have regretted it if we didn't take Mr. Imran's advice. Mr. Imran managed all the trip details and arranged logistics for us in Egypt. It was a thorough and well managed trip from start to till end. His staff was present at the Cairo airport with our visas when we landed in Egypt. They took us to our hotels, then in the evening we did a tour of Cairo city and visited the famous market there. Next day we went to the Giza Pyramids and visited the museum. A Nile cruise was also arranged for us to Luxor, Aswan & Abu Simbel. This 3 days Nile Cruise is a must if you are visiting Egypt for the first time. We learnt a lot about Egyptian history as well. The staff was well trained and quite knowledgeable. Throughout the trip, his team was very responsive and was just a call away whenever we needed any help from them. I definitely recommend visiting Egypt if you are looking to get away from North America full of hussle and bussle lifestyle.

Al ibrahim staff was a godsend because they helped me with both obtaining my work visa-which was a nightmare because Ottawa now wants people to get visas from where they live, and flights. They helped me with great advice on dealing with consulate and they were reluctant to issue a ticket until I secured a visa. thank god because it would be expensive to change. a staff member also came in on Sunday because of the visa delays to book a flight. This was the best experience of my life. Brother Imran and Sh Musleh were great May Allah swt reward them. Our trip started off at the airport and they made sure everyone was together. Brother Imran made sure everyone had their seats and were comfortable on every single journey from the plane, to the buses, to the hotels and even the ummrah experience ! MashAallah they are a very professional and kind team which made this experience even better. Throughout the trip we got amazing advice , lectures and great insight about the holy cities and how we should maximize our ibadah. So grateful for this amazing group Allhumdullilah!

We completed our Umrah through Ibrahim travel in December 2019. Brother Imran and Shahbaz were extremely professional and helpful throughout the whole experience. They ensured clear and accurate communication leading up to our departure and while we were in Saudi Arabia. Additionally, the whole team is extremely approachable - they make an effort to get to know you during the process. We also had an outstanding group leader - Dr. Munir El-Kassam. He is incredibly humble, down to earth and available to answer any questions that anyone had. His explanations of the significance of various Ziarats, along with his ability to connect with various age groups during his halaqa's, was truly outstanding. Logistically - the flights were great. The hotel rooms were excellent in both Mecca and Medina. The buses used for transportation throughout the trip were clean and air conditioned. Most importantly, the team was organized and diligent. Overall, thank you for an outstanding experience! A solid 10/10 and would recommend them to anyone going for Umrah.

The Umrah trip - Dec 2019 was well organized and the logistics at Cairo and in Saudi Arabia were excellent. There was constant communication with the group through WhatsApp chat group advising of activities and where to meet. My daughters glasses were left on a bus from Makkah to Madinah and Brother Ibrahim contacted his staff and were able to get the glasses. Generally brother Ibrahim and his team handled all the logistics around Ziarahs and transfers to and from the airport were very smooth. Piece of advice follow his instructions and if you are unclear always ask, the response is pretty fast and informative. All in all a great experience for all of us given we had a 7 and 9 year old. Would recommend him for anyone thinking of umrah.
