Top notch integrity from this business and its owner Brian Henry. I still had an unredeemed gift card in my wallet after the retail store closed and after getting in touch with Brian he fully refunded the card even though they had no reputation to protect for their retail store, which is now totally off the map. I'd highly recommend checking out their kayak rentals and guided tours, which are still up and running strong!

Loved my afternoon kayaking with my cousin in the inner harbour & up the gorge! We rented the double kayak and it was so fun paddling together :) 2 hours was a great amount of time, and it was so relaxing. The staff were all so friendly and kind will definitely be back!!

The place is conveniently located in Victoria downtown and booking with them is really easy using their website. Staff is friendly and helpful, and the boards and gear are in decent condition. We rented a couple of paddleboards and had a blast around the Gorge. We will repeat for sure!

Their main docks will get you out on the harbour and the Gorge Waterway with satellite locations in Oak Bay and on Saturna Island. Staff is very friendly and helpful! It is easy to locate the spot. Once in the water, I saw some flying fish! A good plus. The water close to the departure place looks a bit gross, because there are a lot of boats and stationed old ferries around. Once you get going, the water looks better! Fair prices!

The weather was not the greatest the first day but we still had a blast and learned a lot. I would highly recommend.
