Very bad!!!!!!!! They are good until the payment..... Booked a ticket through this agency 5 months ago. The flight was Jet airways, I travelled oneway but unfortunately I could not get my return with Jet airways because of the shutdown of the Jet. Had to book another flight for $ 2200. Did not get the refund yet. But the sad thing is these guys have not done any follow up or nothing. I heard about the shutdown of Jet very late form the news and contacted these guys... they asked me to rebook another ticket. I am upset becoz at least right after the shutdown if they had passed me the information I would have saved few hundred dollars and time. Still waiting on refund these guys have not contacted me ( not even once). I did call them couple of times though!

I called to get flight tickets quote and their agent Arti answered my call promptly and advised and customized my travel as per my needs . She was very helpful and caring lady and suggest me flights with mininal layovers as i have 2 small kids travelling with me. A superb example of going beyond customer service as she helped me till her shift ended and also advised to keep in touch with her other colleagues Amit to book tickets after finalizing it. Amit was also very helpful. I am really happy with their service and will refer my friends and family members to Millwoods Travel. Best prices with best service.

There is personal attention and suggestions to resolve any foreign travel related issues, or changes in travel plans, particularly in the covid times. very professional and high responsive to the queries. I find a high level quality service and value. I really appreciate their follow up until the passenger properly flies, unlike others who may wash off hands after selling tickets.

Mr. Rajan and all who are working with millwoods travels...are the best person i ever met. I got a travel ticket for my mom from them and due covid my mom were unable to travel. I wait for traveling rules changes for 6 months and the rules were remained same. After 6 months i request Rajan for refund and he did a full refund without any deductions. They know their customers value very well. Since this happened, i always choose millwoods travel.

Not a good travel agent , if Rajan is dealing with you avoid dealing with him. if you have query or want to have boarding pass ( for which they charge you $ 20 as service charge at the time ofbooking) then he talks profanity(abusive) and I'll mannered manner. you can't complaint against him to anybody as he is the owner SO AVOID . Horrible experience

First of all its not 24 hours agency, Few days back My friend checked reviews on google then he wants to book the ticket for India. When we tried to reach them their phone always comes unreachable ,Luckily they picked up the call after taking details they told us they will revert us back with in 20-30 minutes but nobody called up. In end after few tries they picked up the call and there prices are high as compared to competitors. JUST WASTAGE OF TIME NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL.
