There is a difference between knowing how to do something and doing it good. Eco Travel does really good. I always have an exceptional service, very responsive and professional. Mr. Tamer, asked me a lot of questions before he planned my honeymoon so he can figure out the best for me. The plan was detailed enough and I didn't have to think about anything during my trip. I highly recommend them!!

He helped me figure out the best solutions that would accommodate me and my families best interest. Overall, best service! I highly highly recommend this Travel Agency to anyone that wants to fly anytime soon or future. He also takes full precautions when it comes to his customers. He keeps quite a difference between him and his customers, with a shield between customer and himself. Hand sanitiser, in every corner, as well as he cleans the chair after a customer is done. !!!!!!!! BEWARE PEOPLE !!!!!! I HAVE TO SAY THE TRUTH FROM MY EXPERIENCE TAMER is the worst and sneakiest guy to deal with During the pandemic and COVID 19, My flight had been canceled from my airline and they approved the refund for me, But the Sneaky guy TAMER tried to take about 30% from the money for himself saying that the airline only refunded that much After i spoke with the airline and the feedback, they said they refunded it in FULL and the TRAVEL AGENCY should give it to me So looks like they contacted him after my bad feedback to the airline, AND HE SAID IT WAS A MISTAKE ON THE SYSTEM Unbelievable this guy how many poor people he screwed up.
