I was a last minute (like days before departure) to an organized group. I was welcomed and accommodated. I will even say that Anne (from Grand Escapades) went out of her way personally to ensure that my trip would be nothing short of amazing, despite my last minute disruption to the original plan. This was a WONDERFULLY organized trip that shows all the facets of Morocco. It was entertaining, engaging and we were treated like royalty. The guide and driver were extremely skilled and ensured we were safe and informed. I am posting only 1 picture of this most memorable of trips only because 3000 would probably not be allowed. Thank you to Anne for her wonderful "hosting" of this Moroccan "party".

I would not deal with this company if it were the only travel agency in the Galaxy! The person I dealt with (Rachida Chtoui) is utterly incompetent and has absolutely no sense of urgency about anything. E-mails aren't acknowledged and written questions are mostly unanswered. The issue may be one of language, but whatever the case I could do for myself what little service she seems to offer her clients.

Just returned from Sandals Whitehouse in Jamaica. It's a all beachfront resort. This is truly a 5* resort, Beautiful long beach, unbelievable service and the food was outstanding at 7 different restaurants. The waiters have a knack of remembering your name and what your favourite cocktail is. I will definitely be going back. Thank you Rachida at Grand Escapades for helping me choose the perfect vacation.

We just returned from a trip to Morocco booked through Anne at Grands Escapades. This trip was so very well organized, the tour guide extremely patient and knowledgeable, and the service we received exceeded our expectations. The itinerary was wonderful, we saw and learned so many things. We felt we were truly immersed in the Moroccan culture during our trip, be it from the mosques, the riads , kasbahs , the lovely little restaurants we ate in , the desert camel trip. A lot of thought went into the planning and I would not hesitate to travel with this company again. We have used Grand Escapade last spring for a trip and were extremely satisfied then also.

Rachida spent 2 hours with me and fully arranged a phenomenal last-minute dream trip to Morocco including Marrakesh and a four day personalized tour over the Atlas Mountains to the Sahara desert. She got us a wonderful riad, a variety of other accommodations including a luxury tent when we rode camels to see the sun set and rise. We have basically arranged all of our past trips but now see that Grandes Escapades can do better for good pricing. We will undoubtedly lean on them again. Thank you Rachida!
