Scamsters. They dont even honor the airline policies for date change / cancellations. They have their own set of rules and no co -operation from them once you book the tickets. Wouldn't recommend.

Worst customer service! The girl sitting there has the worst attitude ever! I would recommend going there only if you want to get insulted by their pathetic customer service. We were sitting in front of her, she was on call with some other customer and helping them instead! Whenever she would feel like she wants to talk to you about the type of flight you want, she will ask, otherwise you sit there waiting for her to finish with her phone customer. I feel pity for her as customer coming in contact with her services, won't be returning again.

My experience with spring travels was amazing. I booked a flight from BOM-YVR when direct flights were banned. Spring travels helped me plan everything starting from my flights via Dubai and a stay over for 24 hours. Highly recommend!

An amazing flight deal along with phenomenal customer service, the services they go are above and beyond. They generally reply within an hour or immediately on Facebook which I had found to be very useful when I ran into trouble. I would recommend everyone gives this company a chance.

Very Swarm Service. Navb at this tour company did a fantastic job in planning our European vacation. He made recommendations on the cities and sites that we should visit and planned all the details to make our trip enjoyable and stress free. The tours provided were conducted by excellent tour guides who were fun to spend time with. All of our airport transfers were done in luxury vans by professional drivers and were all on time every time. Due to mechanical issues on our flight we had to change our arrival dates which impacted our plans. Our planner responded immediately and took care of all the changes for us so we didn't have to worry. I would highly recommend our travel planer and this tour company to anyone who is considering a European vacation.

We were guided through every step of the way and they were very professional, provided accurate information. Also, their office and staff is very tech savvy, which saved them and us a lot of time while going through the whole cancellation and refund process.
