Such a worst service.. one of the girls over the phone was very rude.. my mom in law wanted to get some information about the tickets only for one way as she was going to visit australia for one year. Instead of giving her the ticket prices and stuff, she started telling her,” u can not buy only one way, u can not get one year visa. How did u get that?, thats not possible, bla, bla...”i was very furious upon knowing that. They should mind their own business i reckon...and justify with their work within their own limits...

Ms. Neeta from the team gets very upset if you ask her to check multiple dates so that you can get a better deal! Not good customer service and this is after I have got an extension on the same ticket twice!

Staff is rude, uncompetitive and rudely hung up on me when i asked if they can match price i was getting at other place Unprofessional, honestly bought tickets from them maybe around 5-6 times and never a pleasant experience. Last 2 times has been really disappointing. Nothing wrong with the product they sell might i add but its as a whole not a good experience when you call them, for me atleast. Their attitude is like want to buy at their terms and price ok otherwise get lost And don't call the second time or try to change your query if you are not sure don't call them Know your dates and plan on agreeing to their price without a fuss or peep then everything will be ok Read my other reviews if you think am picky or wrong about it , this is my first bad review about anything, it takes a lot to make me disappointed as am very easy going.

Last year great great experience(thanks Keerthi).. this year it's the worst service received so far .. I spoke to the lady(not taking her name out of respect) .. asked her if tickets could b cancelled n the response was yes.. but hey the charge quoted is way more than the airlines itself.. when I asked what fee are you guys charging (simple information request as a customer her response was talk to headoffice.. then I insisted that it's a simple question you can answer to me as a "customer" .. next response was I have a customer..and just hung up.. Two things stand out .. Why can't a simple question on fees being charged be answered?????what is the issue here? Why would you attend a customer when you already have a customer sitting next to you and if I called first then why would you hang up on me saying u have a customer???? What was that??? So I am not ever doing business with these guys .. If headoffice is listening plz call me back.. u have my information..
