I had a wonderful experience with Gaba Travel, right from the receptionist that answered the phone to the travel agent both were very professional and handled me quickly and with the utmost respect. I went in to book my flight and was greeted with a smile and a handshake and ushered right into a seat. Everything was very efficient and I was done and booked in no time flat. I will be recommending this agency to all my friends and family. Thank you

Not at all good customer service. I don't know why they have opened this business. I called them three times to get a quote for a flight. Every time they said they will call back with quote. But till now I never received any call. Not going to recommend to anyone. Poor service.

Very bad service and non professional staff. Initially they said $255 for ticket and after that they charged me $300 from my card. They sent me ticket after 5 hours of visiting the store and confirmed random seat. I am travelling with baby amd now not listining to me. Simple advise is that don't trust on Gaba travels. Positive comments are totally fake and they don't know how to speak with customers.

Positive reviews are totally fake. I have tried many times to give them the opportunity to rectify a canceled flight from India. At the end I rebooked my flight through Air Canada directly. Why do we pay an agent if we are personally have to resolve any issue that arises. Save your time book online for a cheaper price ideally it is what they do anyway. Used them for many years but as of late they have completely fallen apart.

Had the same experience with your Surrey branch. I was there to enquire for 3 tickets Bombay to YVR. The lady did not have the courtesy to respond in a timely and appropriate way. The office was being vacuumed when the client is sitting. Even had the audacity to ask the client to get up to facilitate cleaning. I believe I wasted 10 minutes of my precious time in your office. Get some high quality customer service associates otherwise you will continue to get a poor name.

This location for buy cheap tickets is very unprofessional and a sloppy editing for your tickets. I requested of vegetarian meal but there was no request. I had to bear the non-veg meal and couldn't eat anything. Gaba Travels is the worst place for you to buy tickets in the world.

The Girl , who was assisting me was very Rude. Her behaviour towards me like i made a mistake to come here. and more over the ticket she gave me From Vancouver to Delhi and Delhi to Vancouver (Return Ticket) . Got big messed up. when i was coming from Delhi to Vancouver the flight she gave me , They said i'm only allowed 1 luggage for (20 kgs) thats it. when Gaba travel travel girl gave me ticket she said i'm allowed for 2 luggage (23 kgs each). but airlines said i'm not allowed because its your travel agents fault because they didn't mentioned and ticket is like this. so i end up at giving then Rs;- 36000 for my other luggage and 2 hours of depression. really poor service.

Seriously, Gaba travels has no manner to talk. The guy sitting in front table do no have any etiquette how to talk with customer. Their tickets are more expensive then other travel agencies. Further, I bought ticket for $1650 due emergency purpose. In the next movement, other travel agency calls me and they gave me that same ticket for $1200. Then, I told them to refund my money and they said there will be charge for $450. I literally bought that ticket for 10 minutes. I really upset with their service and their unknown policies too.

Extremely unprofessional travel company. I had booked tickets on Air China. The airline cancelled the flights due to COVID. However this agent took CAD 75 per passenger ( total CAD 225) from me to process the refund. Complete rip off. Please do not use them to book tickets.

very bad experience. very rude customer service. first booked my flight and then called me back that it is not booked and gave me the different date and time and more fare. I called them and the girl respond ed to my very rudely and told me to contact the vancouver office. I called the vancouver office, and the owner showed me a ' I don't care' attitude. gave me different price over the phone and charged me more. Would never recommend anybody to use their services.

I wish i can give them no star worst customer service and my mom ticket got cancelled due to Covid and i call them the same day i got cancellation email and i told them can we file refund ?They said yeah we can do that and they also charge me 75$.I call them so many times to ask about refund and they always said due to covid our office is closed so when we come back we will work on ur refund .Anyway everything was working online but they always make excuses and i never got my refund plus guy name GAGAN he is the worst person working there he always give half information and have no manners at all .please don’t waste ur money and time with them .

It was about last year that this review was pending, looks like they are doing great in upsetting clients. I got ticket from them for $1600 just for one way due to emergency purpose and as they might know that the client is in emergency they took all the advantage and charged the ticket worth $1100 with $500 additional rates. Luckily, I got the same ticket with everything exactly same from flight number to seat selected in $1100 from Sohi Travels. Called them within 5 minutes, saying that I want my money to be refund as I do not want it through you guys; they end up charging me $250 just for cancellation. When asked to explain the reason, they end up trying to make up their fraud. I would highly suggest not to visit this place specially when you are in emergency.
