I called Dhindsa Travel three times but they didn't responded. They are irresponsible towards their customers. I never experienced such a worst costumr service evr.. They will ask you to call back in 10 minutes but that 10 minutes never come. You should learn to value your customers...

We bought tickets from this travel agency and We had the worst experience ever. The owner owes us $330 which he refuses to pay despite us showing him all of the transactions that were done on our credit card. I will be taking him to small claims court. I would recommend never go to this guy to buy tickets.

The one-way ticket to India was $900.00 everywhere and they sold it to me for $600.00. which was amazing . Thank you Mr.Harpreet . We love and will buy tickets from you for ever. Unsatisfied and worst experience. They didn’t deliver the service as they promise once you pay for the ticket. Charge you bit higher than market and changes ticket several times without letting you know. Faced many problems at airport like they didn’t confirm the connected flight, travel insurance etc. ( I already told to buy at purchase time) One more thing, when I ask them I will pay from mastercard. Their answer was do e transfer or pay cash, we charge 10% extra if you pay from card. My cousin bought a ticket from them just a month ago and paid from MasterCard, they didn’t charge 10% extra that time. Never recommend to others, I wish I could give 0 stars. Great liars , just fooling customers Poor quality of service

Dhindsa travel have good deal. air canada non stop they are give me only 1050.00 24September2021 Del to Yvr.but all travel agencies give me prove 1350,1460 .but only .dhindsa travel give me 1050cad . These guys are fraud . It’s a warning to not get any services from them . They make fake tickets and charge unreasonably and then don’t return calls or queries . Worst experience ever … paid so much for tickets and they cancelled the tickets last minute without explanation.

It's better to book at Dhindsa Travel than online because they usually have the same price online or they will try to match the price and if you ever had a problem they are there to help you unlike other companies. If there is 0 star then I’ll give them, unfortunately I have to give them one star. We buy tickets from dhindsa travel in surrey . Our flight was delay 8 hour . We went airport they just told us your flight was delay . They inform to dhindsa travel one day before around 12pm . But dhindsa travel staff didn’t inform us .never by tickets from dhindsa travel. Really bad customer service….. we called to staff they said , we are getting so many emails in day how we can check all of them . If they are not responsible for that why they are selling tickets ?

Harpreeeeeet is a scammer!!!! Zero stars is more appropriate. He is a pathological liar and takes advantage of elderly and unsuspecting East Indian clients who book tickets to India through his travel agency. Then he will laugh in your face when you realize he ripped you off in more ways than one. He will lie to you about: 1. Your visa not going through, then demands hundreds of dollars in cash to “apply for it in less than 24 hours” and scares you into thinking you will be denied entry because you filled out your application wrong and only he can do it correctly 2. Lies about extra legroom / aisle seats and sticks you in the middle seat and charges you for it. 3. Rips customers off anyway he can! You’re better off booking online, directly through the air carrier over the phone, or through a reputable company like Flight Centre. Be aware of this scam artist!

My worst ever experience to book a return ticket. I paid 1300 $ for a journey of mere 500$. They booked a wrong day return ticket and then said that it's my fault. I had to book return ticket myself at a much higher price than usual. Never go to them.....it's much easier to get a ticket online. I think they must be sued before law.

This guy owes us a refund from 6 months, $1200. Every time we call he says he's busy and will call back when he is free. Before, when we told him to cancel my grandmas ticket because of her health conditions he told us that he can’t refund a ticket. We called air canada and they told us the exact opposite so then he agreed to go through with the refund but its July and we are yet to receive our money back. This flight we are still waiting for a refund for was back February & we canceled this reservation back in January. Our ticket status is closed from air Canadas end so therefor they have refunded the money and this guy isn’t giving it back to us!
