We deal with the travel agent Bain’s travel. They did a good job and confirming transit lounge and requested the bassinet and meal., but dealing with the air China was worse experience. We have to pay for lounge at the Beijing airport and we didn’t get a bassinet for small baby.

Excellent place to book flights!! I booked my ticket once here and was satisfied with the service. So I had to come back again to book my ticket, but unfortunately this time I had to cancel my flight because of Covid rules by government. But the cancellation has been done very smoothly without having any penalty charges for the cancellation. Very bad experience.the guy sitting there don't know how to talk .he gave wrong information and sold ticket to me.when I went back to him to ask then he spoke rudely and said I can't do anything .what the hell...and you know what was his excuse "that day was very busy"...it means when you have so many customers then you will sale wrong tickets to your customers. ..very good. ..shame on you..I will never ever buy tickets from you guys in future also suggest others don't go there..

Right from getting the best rates and detailed service in this COVID time is commendable. I dealt with Manjeet Bewli and must say he has the authentic knowledge of his job. One of my friend also bought ticket from him and he got his ticket cancelled due to some personal reasons and Manjeet got him full refund and did not even charged the svc fee. I usually book ticket online but when i got referred to Bains travel this gentlemen name Ricky(he is phinominal). Last time i had a issue with the flight(not mentioning the airlines) Ricky resolved the problem on his own time and my got my money back which is really great coz airlines never returns the fair. Called today to book 6 flight tickets. I mentioned what google flight had listed as price, before i could ask if they could match or even discount, he literally yelled at me to do that and hang up on me. I'll call Gaba travels, as I always go through a travel agency, but asking about promo or discount should not warrant rude and unprofessional behavior. All the other 5 stars are fake with each account with 1 to 2 reviews. It seams that this places is using fake reviews making to boost their rating, all reviewer' s have only 1 to 2 review.

Honey Mangat was amazing to work with. She organized a 2 night/3 day tour to the Taj Mahal from our cruise ship. She worked with a local Indian company who offered a package including pick up from the port, transfers, flights, hotels and local guides.... We were truly pampered! We had a local guide from Agra who toured the Taj and Red Fort with us and shared his knowledge.... He was truly outstanding and had excellent English.
