Worst experience with their cab. Driver doesn't know proper routes, reckless driving. Not going to book from here ever in Dalhousie.

One of the worst experience dealing with the owner and on top of it the driver drove very rashly(innova) with no regards to passenger safety. Innova provided had issues with the engine and the seats were without head rest. Better to confirm everything before taking this tour and travel services. Highly not recommended.

Good: location. They are located right on the Dalhousie bus stand. They are local people with good knowledge and connections. Bad: they promised me swift dzire or similar vehicle while booking. However upon reaching the location they gave us Alto. Taking to them was of no use. Alto for travel from Dalhousie to Manali was extremely uncomfortable. I got back pain by the time we reached Manali. They are not flexible in their plan. They take you to the location that are easy or which are on the way in the journey. Even for slight modification to the plan they over charge. I specifically asked for driver who can communicate in English but they arranged driver who doesn't talk in English.
