Excellent bike selection and condition. Also wonderful advice on routes including information such as route construction and detour routes. We (2 adults and kids age 10 and 12) ended up taking the ferry across and did the path to Pont de Quebec, about 24km round trip. Great view and easy ride. Highly recommended!

Great family experience Bicycle Tour! My family of 5 decided to try bike rentals to explore this beautiful city, and this was easily one of highlights of our short stay in Quebec! We rode on mostly smooth bike path along St Lawrence, then St Charles River on a beautiful sunny day, before returning back to the shop all within 2 hours. Thanks to Marc T, who was was there to help us get set up with right sized helmets and bikes, and gave us advice on where to visit, and even suggestions on other places to visit in Quebec after we returned the bikes. We really appreciated his hospitality and meeting him that morning enhanced our overall trip immensely. We highly recommend this location for bicycle rentals.

This bike rental store was one of the highlights of my trip! First off, it’s so easy to rent a bike by just reserving a spot ahead of time. The guy ensured that we had the correct number of bikes and even when we got there he took the time to size it up. Amazing service overall! We ended up being a little late to our appointment and called ahead to let him know, and when he graciously told us it was no problem and even extended our two hour window to fit the time we had lost. The guy there was extremely friendly and conversational, giving us tips and maps to tell us where to go and also more tips about Quebec as a whole. Had such a good experience and would for sure recommend!!

My spouse and I rented bikes from Marc at Echo Sports on Thursday, July 12th to take to Montmorency Falls. While we did get lost (thank goodness for Google Maps), Marc had given us clear instructions for arriving there, and there were plenty of signs along the way, too. It's difficult to overstate what a nice guy Marc is; because we got lost, we called to let him know that we would be a bit late and not make our four-hour window. He told us to simply be back by a certain time, and to my surprise, he did not bill us anything extra for being late - he understood completely. The bikes were in tip-top shape and just a blast to ride; terrific value for the money. Thank you, Marc!

We loved our experience at the bike shop. The shop keeper there helped us alot. He gave us the best tips for having an enjoyable ride around Quebec city, places we could go for all sorts of activities and discounts. He even gave us a map with explanations so we wont get lost. Can't understate how amazing and nice he was. As for the bikes, the E-Bikes were very smooth and worked perfectly. We were supplied with a charger in case the bikes runs out of power. Great price for the experience. Would recommend to anybody!

Perfect place to rent Bikes. The location, service and prices were all mighty-fine. We had an excellent trip northeast to the falls following the river and with 2+ hours at the falls and somewhat less than 2h of total biking time it was an excellent day with the 4h rental time being sufficient. There is convenient parking across the street which was $12 for 5h parking time.. The trail southwest towards the Pierre Laporte bridge did not appear so appealing.as the trail to the falls was.

Wonderful bike tour! We would highly recommend the e-bikes because it’s SO hilly in Quebec City! Paul, our tour guide was so knowledge and pleasant. We got a lot of cultural history and saw lots of the major sites. This was not “a historians” tour where we got a lot of war and political history, and we really enjoy that. We liked to hear about the history of the people and architecture and overall trends in Quebec and Quebec City. The tour was fresh and lively!

This was a great place to rent electric bikes for cruise visitors. Mark showed us the route to Montmorency falls. Almost the entire route was on dedicated bike trails and it took about an hour each way. The falls were gorgeous and Fall color near its peak. Power assist bikes made it easy. We highly recommend for any traveling to Quebec City.
