Planning plays an important role in every tour and when customer is not aware about the location it's your moral responsibility to guide him and prepare the plan which was lacking here. I am referring here Tuesday Chamba visit when museum remains closed. Time punctuation was perfect. The best thing he did not ask for single Paisa before end of the tour. Overall good but still not satisfied on Satdhara fall visit...every webpage on Google shows a different Satdhara falls while we saw a different fall..A single page can be wrong but every page on Google can't be wrong. Overall good but you should come with your plan and ask the operator to go according to your plan.

It was a good experience overall, just make sure you confirm all the places you will go to before you book, on first day we just went to one place 2-3 kms away, when I requested to take us to kalatop next day, anoop was reluctant and refused to budge, otherwise he was giving a lot of extra information about the place which was quite good and he even picked us from the bus stand . As an advice, do not visit Dalhousie on weekends- there is lot of traffic jam which spoils the whole experience.

Worst experience with the taxi service, on the first day we booked for a day trip, he stopped after 30 minutes for his breakfast and on the return too wasted 30 minutes for lunch whereas he could have with us. On the final trip to khajjiar we agreed for 1500 bubucks, however after the trip completion he started asking for 3000, a terrible experience would not recommend to anyone.
