Daniel Mignault was super friendly and helpful while working with me to book my trip to Costa Rica. He shared his experiences in the country and gave me great recommendations. (He even gave me his very own map of Costa Rica with his highlighted destinations.) Even after my departure, when an airline messed up my trip, he helped me with navigate my way to my destination anyway. While on my trip, Daniel would inform me of the new covid restrictions that would impact me on my return. Before my return trip, I tested positive for Covid19 and could not fly back. Daniel got on the phone with United Airlines multiple times for me to re-organize my return trip. As a first time traveler going solo, I don't know how I would've managed without his help.
